There has been no faster way for me to get my freight over the years. They are very efficient and courteous to me. When I walk in, they call me by name and I feel almost like family. Best experience I have had with LTL since I have been in business.

This was my first experience using Old Dominion and I am impressed with their communication, professionalism and punctuality. The office staff called me yesterday to verify an address because, for some reason, they were given 2 totally different addresses for my delivery. After verifying my address, I asked the person on the phone when my package would be delivered because I wasn't sure I'd be home to sign for it. She let me know that it would be delivered the next day between 2 and 6. I asked if it would be possible to pick up my package my self if I couldnt be home, she said yes, and checked the size and weight of my package. It was way too big and heavy for me so she offered to have the driver contact me before delivery with a time to be home.The next day, Tyrone, the delivery person, called me and asked if I could be home at a certain time. I was able to make arrangements and have my husband there at the time agreed on. Tyrone pulled up at exactly the time arranged! I was so pleased with everyone and look forward to my next encounter.

Horrible and sketchy services provided by these guys. Wasted my time for over a month, this has to be the worst shipping experience I've had with any carrier ever. We called to check on the package's location, they told us it was on the way and the package never showed up. Called the next day, turns out the package was never shipped at all so apparently they had to resend it and it would get here the next day. Nope that didn't happen either, we had to manually go pick up the package from one of their locations and they didn't even check if it belonged to us or not. To whoever reads this, beware if your tracking number says that these people are handling your package because they'll for sure make your life a living hell.

There drivers need to be monitored. No respect. Not even for other trucks...which i also drive all day right next to this yard... Grow up kids your supposed to be a professional..

I would give less if I could! They wouldn't deliver Friday even though they had it and I called early morning said I could pick up in roll call but then said no I could not lost 3 days of work I needed to be doing lost money and now have to lose time off work and more money to be around Monday to finally get my equipment they have had since Thursday night. My Equipment they have it I'm not allowed to pick it up and have to take time off work to be around Monday to finally get it even though they've had it since Thursday night. And lost jobs cause no equipment! Only good was the poor guy on the phone was trying and nice!

This irresponsible company use dangerous driver. Their driver almost hit my car near freeway entrance of Harbor Blvd today and my baby was also with me in the car was crying due to the sudden incident.

Been here for 5 hours now and still NOT unloaded. I have had 3 pallets on the trailer for the past hour and no sign of that changing. Absolutely terrible.
