I called inquiring about storage since I was moving to the area and I was not familiar and the gal who answered the phone was extremely helpful very kind very patient answer all of my questions and had great customer service and I feel she definitely needs to be recognized because good customer service is hard to come by I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Super easy to get a unit,didn't even have to deal with humans,no code needed for the gate its app driven. couldnt ask for more better service

Stay away!! The place is infested with roaches. Unfortunately I found out after moving in but thankfully my stuff was in sealed totes and the few things that wasn't could be thrown away.

This storage facility has been in West Sacramento for many years and is securely kept and clean. The current resident manager Valerie, and also the resident manager before her go above and beyond to be extremely helpful, kind, courteous and ALWAYS available, ready to accommodate any request. It is a pleasure knowing them and doing business in their facility.
