I had to downsize which is the only reason I purchased a new mattress. She adjusted the final sale/items to meet my needs. The selection in the online posted pictures wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but he showed me additional products that matched what I wanted perfectly. Walking into the store, the rep was wonderful to work with. Price was great and the overall purchase and delivery was speedy and everyone involved was friendly with excellent customer service skills. I didn't do much haggling #1 because I'm horrible at it and #2 the price he gave me on a small sectional couch was GREAT. Cheaper than Ikea. One indecisive customer can really monopolize their attention but It looks like they have additional sales people out on the floor to help. Did my own pickup and delivery. Pick up was as promised on schedule and painless. Furniture was brand new in box and easy to assemble.”
