Not only did I find exactly what I came in for, but the workers were actually attentive to my presence there & my shopping needs; unlike that "other" store where five workers stood in a circle watching one of them work & completely ignoring me, nor sending someone to help me when they said they would. Luckily, I had quite the opposite experience at Lowe's! They were great! I will definitely be coming to them first in the future. I purchased a portable fan/mister as I work outside in this scorching heat of Summer. It works fantastic. And I got to take a picture of me with a giant cutout of Messi, so that just added a giant smile to my face! Five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you’re looking for that old school real customer service and need kitchen cabinets you need to speak to Ben. One best experiences I’ve ever had he helped design kitchen from scratch just measurements and he worked his magic. Got us our cabinets ordered. When we had questions he answered and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Even had a couple cabinets that had a few scratches he got me in contact with rep. Rep Craig called me came to my house went through all our cabinets to make sure everything was looked at and ordered that needed to be replaced and parts showed up within week plan on getting cabinets install end of month will post pics when complete

The store itself is good but the phone is absolutely horrible. Good luck getting a live person. We had issues with our dryer that was delivered and nobody would answer and the phone kept transferring me around over and over

Rodney assisted us with custom made black out shades . He was very patient with us, he certainly knows what he is talking about. I liked that he did not rush us.

poor customer service. i asked to be transferred to a certain department and they refused. after my call got denied customer service just kept transferring without picking up or transferring to a different one. i understand the stress of being busy or understaffed, but it was literally a simple stock check. ANYONE couldve helped.

Waited 10min for help in the ceiling fans ask for a manager 10 min later a staff showed up. And knew nothing about the fans.
