Bought a stove and refrigerator on 23rd of Feb. Delivery guy of stove left before we realized we purchased a slide in style when we needed a freestanding model. Took a week to return and then had to repurchase a free standing. Refrigerator was delivered all taped up, so we did not know both handles were NOT inside fridge or freezer sections. Tried to get delivery guy with big bushy hair to change swing to a left hand swing but he refused and said we need to call for service call to do that. When we went back to store, Kyle store Mgr said he ordered handles but today when repurchasing free standing stove there is no information. So now store staff is stripping handles from floor model. I give zero to Kevin in appliances but give Sierra a 10 for her thorough and complete help getting this resolved. But delivery guy and original sales guy were not up to par. Give Sierra a raise, fire that lazy delivery guy and remind original sales clerk to confirm slide or free standing training.

Staff not knowledgeable about appliance installation process. We were given so much conflicting information about the process.

Can't return a Christmas gift without the physical card. I can provide the number and they can return it back to that card but they refuse to do so. No store credits or exchanges. Tried their chat feature it's just cut and paste answers so it's not helpful either. Try to buy items from local stores instead of everything from Amazon but it has to benefit the consumer.

We LOVE this Lowe's location! We recently purchased a home in Arden and drive all the way to this location because the customer service is simply outstanding and all the employees are so friendly and helpful. We have made multiple trips and have received fantastic service every single time. Huge thanks to Kyle for all the help with ordering appliances and figuring out why the washer we wanted wasn't in stock, Pete for answering our numerous questions about different projects we have and helping us figure out everything we need to buy, and Diane for the great checkout experience and wonderful conversation.

My family visited the Lowes in West Sacramento store last night to get a Christmas tree. We were greeted in the garden area by Pedro who was extremely kind and courteous. He showed us around and pointed out different options, and then gave us time to look through the inventory and pick our favorite. He was quick to offer help, and wrapped the tree very carefully. He even offered to assist us with loading the tree onto our vehicle. We were all very impressed with Pedro's great attitude and helpful nature. He truly made our evening more enjoyable by being so friendly.

I ordered a door from them. I scheduled a time for them to install it but a few days before they were scheduled to come, they called and said that they ordered the wrong parts. Then they ordered the correct parts, scheduled a time to install the door, but on the morning that they were supposed to come, I received a call stating that the hinges were on the wrong side of the door so I had to schedule a 3rd time. After they installed the door, I called to tell them what happened and asked if I could get a partial refund. I called once, they hung up, called a second time, was transferred to a manager, but the line disconnected before I could speak to a manager. This type of customer service makes me angry.

When stocked (caveat, the Pandemic impacted EVERYTHING including supply chains) Lowe's on Washington in West Sacramento is my "go to" for more decorative home improvement goods and products. It just happens to be the closest outlet to Land Park. I like the selection and ease of parking and access...especially now that Highway 50 is under construction in SacTown resulting in traffic issues if one heads "East" of downtown. I typically avoid the "masses" by taking the 5th Street off-ramp before the big "merge" of traffic from I-5 to the Hwy 50/99 intersection.

Lowe's simply sucks! Poor customer service, poor product selection, poor inventory transparency, deceiving and inconsistent online vs in store pricing. Definitely not a home improvement store you want to go to when you want to get stuff done.

I went to Lowes yesterday and had an above and beyond customer experience with associates Clarence and Bri. Clarence went out of his way to do a relay for me in the door and locks aisle. What a super nice and knowledgeable man. Bri helped me too and was very helpful! I'll say hi when I see these two super employee's!!! Thanks so much for all your time and effort.

I like a lot about this store. But it's inexcusable to put someone on hold repeatedly for over half an hour without at least stepping in to say what's happening.

Aaron is a terrible manager if u can find another manager, hangs ups on u , fails to transfer to another manager, bought a tv stand for 500$ and it was late and damaged he refused to provide a solution despite being a manager, he told me to contact vendor, I don't get paid to deal with customer and vendor issues, it's there job to find a solution as they sell the product under there business, I will be getting in touch with their district manager Steve to get compensation

Contrary to some of the other reviews on here. I've actually found this store to be pleasant with friendly staff and fairly good in stock for items I've needed. The garden department is excellent. A few times I've had to return items there was no wait and return was hassle free even though they were having a challenge locating sku in system.

I brought a washer from Lowes at the time of delivery the delivery guy damaged the washer caught on ring camera. I refuse the washer since it was a big dent on it. Plus they can even tell me what is the discount amount to keep the damaged washer. I called the next day to follow up on where the status of my new delivery date for the washer? Customer service told me that it show it was delivered and didn't show the washer was refused. Then kept on tell me Lowes store will call me in 24 hours to schedule a date? 72 hours later I call the Lowes store they never answer the phone I kept calling until they answer (first of they never answer the calls at the stores until they get tired of it ringing or when they decided to answe the phone). Finally they answer the phone was told they can't see any information on the computer only the delivery Manager and I probably would hear back for 2-3 days. Also while waiting it possible the washer might no longer be available so I have an option of refund or purchase a new one? So why let a customer wait and have a run around when it is not the customer fault? It is probably a process Lowes has to go through but being a billion companies they can't think out of the box and make it right to just delivery a new washer instead of waiting for their process? I hear Home Depot automatically just send their customer a new items when it is their fault. Of course this will be the last time I buy anything from Lowes and will tell all friends and families to go Home Depot. This is day #3 I still haven't got a hold of the person in charge and let me know the status!!! Worse worse customer service as big as the company is.

Called in to ask about a specific product (34in Width bathroom sink vanity) I needed that particular size and I'm having a hard time finding a vanity that's 34in wide. I called to get some help on whether or not Lowe's had that size and the pluming department person who answered hung up on me while I was explaining what I needed.

I bought a new Frigidaire Dishwasher in February 2023, along with a Refrigerator and Range. The sales associate was very good and fully explained the return policy on my purchases. My dishwasher was used twice before it would not drain and thus caused a flood on my new kitchen floor. It was good I had LVP flooring as it's waterproof. I was out of the time frame to return to Lowe's, so I contacted Frigidaire and this is where things took 4 months to finally return the dishwasher and get a refund. It took 2 visits from the repair service to finally admit it was a faulty part (he blamed my contractor for the "plumbing problem"). The process to get a part took quiet sometime and it turned out Frigidaire didn't have the complete part, so I had to wait another 7-10 working days (after waiting numerous 7-10 working days). Once I finally had all the documentation from Frigidaire to get a refund it took multiple calls to Lowe's, with long wait times on hold or no one available in the the return department. Once I did get a person (after weeks of calling and even went in person to no avail (as the manger was not on that day) so they were unable to assist. Every time I called the manager was not working that day or in a meeting on other days never returned my calls. Even more frustrating was the multiple employees I spoke with, each had a different answer on how the refund processed worked. I know Frigidaire was just as responsible for this low rating, but Lowe's could have assisted with whole process. Once I spoke to the right person, (the only reason Lowe's doesn't get 1 star) I was finally able to resolve the issue and get my refund. Buyer beware how difficult it is to return large appliances and no help from Lowe's. 4 Months later and I got my refund, so frustrating!!!
