I like a lot about this store. But it's inexcusable to put someone on hold repeatedly for over half an hour without at least stepping in to say what's happening.

martin was so sweet today and helped me load my car. i'm not too strong and had a lot of soil and he saw me and offered to help immediately. greatly appreciated !

Finally reviewing Lowe's West Sac after several online purchases and curbside pick ups. All have gone smoothly. It's a great relief not to have to cart around heavy garden supplies and wrestle them into the car. Staff are helpful and professional.
