I don't know where these other reviews come from but this place is awful. Dont open until 9:30 close at 5:30 closed Sat and Sun and all holidays. I have 13 prescriptions to be filled monthly, would all in the refills and when went to pick them up would only have 1 refilled then going back after the other refills they would be closed it would be on a Fri and so I couldn't pick the rest up on Monday at 9:30. I cant tell you how many times this happened. I am disabled so my caregiver has to pick my meds up. I finally this last week had mr prescriptions transferred to Optumrx got a call from Jefferson to ask if I had transferred to Optumrx I said yes except my pain meds. in about 5 min l got a call back and was told they would not fill my pain meds if they didn't have all my prescriptions. Also you can't leave a message to get your prescriptions they aren't set up for it. Just go into the pharmacy sometime see what it looks like

They gave me the wrong medication! And they wouldn't take it back. My doctor even called them with me to explain they had given me a similar medication, but it wasn't the medication I needed or was prescribed. I have never had this issue ever happen before. I think they thought since they didn't have the medication in stock they could just prescribed me the similar medication and I wouldn't make a big deal about it but these two medications effect me very differently. Now, I'm stuck with this medication for the next month because I'm in between jobs and paid out of pocket and cannot afford to pay again for this medication that they said they had but didn't. I don't want to say what medication because of HIPPA and it's my personal business, it's not an opioid btw. But, what really upset me was when my prescribing doctor called, and I was with her when she called, the pharmacist didn't know the difference between the two medications! There is a big difference between the two as the one I received has three or four added active ingredients while the one I was prescribed had ONE ingredient. I would say that's a pretty big difference. We are not talking inactive ingredients like dyes or fillers but actual medication. Both my doctor and myself believe they didn't have the medication and didn't think I would know the difference and dispensed a totally different medication! That's insane! Totally unprofessional and borderline illegal from what I'd think. They can't just say "oh well, we don't have X drug in stock, but Y drug is very similar, so we will give him Y drug without even asking him or telling him that we are out of X drug and he won't mind buying Y drug at a higher price"Secondly, Blink Health is an app that connects patients to pharmacies give discounts if they go through Blink Health. They are like Drug RX and they are part of Blink Health as they come up in the app as a participating pharmacy. I asked them if they would let me use it or Drug RX and they said no, even though they are listed as a participating pharmacy on Blink Health.I just moved to this area. All I have to say is this pharmacy is ghetto! Something shady is going on here! I will never come back because they will just hand out whatever works best for them without informing the consumer. I'm seriously shocked they didn't ask if I was willing to switch medications and that the pharmacist didn't know the difference between the two medications! I'm a clinical psychologist, I took psychopharmacology in grad school, and even I know the difference whether I was prescribed the drug(s) or not. This is really basic stuff.Lastly, they gave it to me in the lowest dosage possible so I would end up paying the most. Had I been given the higher dosage pill that my prescribing physician would have prescribed, so I wouldn't pay an arm and a leg for a months worth of one medication, then it would have been far cheaper. I feel absolutely taken advantage of!I love supporting small/mom and pop businesses but the actions here are borderline unethical and highly questionable. Beware!

Well, I had never heard of this place before and was forced to come here. After years of dealing with One Community Health in midtown (see my review) who are awesome, I had to start getting most of my meds from here. I have to say these guys are on it. They always show up right before I run out and are always very polite.

This is a mom and pop owned Pharmacy excellent customer service they check your current meds against any new meds and they have saved my life a couple times because the doctor simply forgot what meds I'm already on and this Pharmacy was able to catch it and make obviously better decisions doctors know about the body pharmacist know about the meds highly recommended
