I've been taking my dog here since she was a pup and she is now 13 years old..the vet Carol and her staff have treated my dogs with all the care and concern as if they were their own dogs...I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else..love the staff and the vet !

Dr. Mandell and her staff are absolutely wonderful!!! I have been taking my cat to Dr. Mandell for a few years now. She is so knowledgeable and truly cares about all of the animals she sees. And her staff is warm, friendly, and so good with my cat! Now that my cat is older, she is encountering more health problems. But Dr. Mandell and her team have been so helpful navigating her treatment and health goals. Thank you so much for helping me take care of my kitty!

I don't appreciate not being able to go inside with my dog. Appointments take far too long with these protocols. My dog is calmer and happier if I'm present during the exam. I'm fine wearing a mask if requested, but not allowing me inside isn't appropriate.

The doctor's, vet techs, and staff have always treated my fur babies like one of their own. I appreciate how compassionate and thorough Dr. Mandell and staff are.

Everyone at Jefferson Park is so helpful and caring. My senior cat has had some issues lately, and has been a frequent visitor. All of the staff take the time to talk to me and explain things to me. Dr. Mandell takes excellent care of my cat. She doesn't "up sell", yet she makes sure Miss Pat is well cared for. I am so glad to have found Dr. Mandell and Jefferson Park!

Everyone at Jefferson Park takes excellent care of my senior cat. Dr. Mandell always takes the time to explain Miss Pat's care and her needs, and to offer suggestions to allow me to successfully provide the home care she needs.

We have been bringing our fur babies here for years on years on years (I'm talking since they opened) and the staff here are the most caring and delightful people. We have 4 cats and a dog and they know them all and love them all. They have been transparent and patient, they sit and chat with us and break everything down to us. They truly treat you like family here, and I always know my babies are in the best hands. If you're looking for good care for your little furry loves ones, I cannot recommend this place enough. They are a gift to the west Sacramento community.

Tina was very rude to my husband. We have an American bully who has suffered an ear infection for some time now. We requested nicely if we can please get a refill on medicine due to how much it costs taking him to the vet. Everyone is going through hardships so we asked if there were any options for us. Tina the rude bitch, raised her voice and stated how "I know what your asking but we cannot do that" as if we can not ask ANY questions about OUR pets health. I don't care if your having a bad day, treat others how you want to be treated. OH AND LETS BOT FORGET HOW SHE HUNG UP ON HIM AND DID NOT ASK IF WE HAD ANY OTHER QUESTIONS. Fire her Update: Tina called back blaming my husband I heard the whole call. Please take accountability for your actions. Hung up on ME also! AFTER SAYING HOW MY HUSBAND WAS THE RUDE ONE. Ok

I brought a very sick cat to Dr. Mandell and her team. The clinic cared for Shiva as their own and were educational in getting her back healthy. Dr. Mandell spoke to me often and was invested in her recovery. From the receptionist Ben, who I called too much for two weeks, to the vet techs who greeted her like an old friend, the care at this clinic is outstanding.

What a amazing caring veterinary hospital. The owner has called me after hours to check on my cat and give me updates on blood work being done. Nothing is cheap anymore and medical care is expensive, but if you want great care you have pay for it. The staff is kind and caring
They take their time with you and your pets. No rushing, so be patient as it can be a wait. Medical care take time and experience. These doctors have amazing knowledge . I won't go Anywhere.else.even though it is not in my neighborhood

Baby Cat had her follow-up visit and things are going very well. Dr. Mandell went above and beyond for Baby Cat and made sure everything was going well. We are trying another medication which seems to be working well. They even trimmed her nails and this is not an easy feat! Thanks, Dr. Mandell and staff! You guys are the best!

The doctor and all the vet techs here are seriously the best. I have 9 cats, so I'm here quite a bit. I had two cats with FIP last year and they helped me so much with that very challenging process. I honestly can't express how much I appreciate and respect the entire team at Jeff Park Vet. They love my babies as much as I do

I love this veterinary hospital. My animals have gotten the best care and everything is well explain. They a lot of time with you and your pet. Be patient , this not zip in and zip out. They check on animal when they are sent home. Medical care is very expensive now days. You get amazing care for your dollar. I will go out of 2ay to bring my pets here.
