Went here one time and they accused me of making monkey faces at one of their employees and threatened legal action to try and get some kind of settlement. No idea if they actually did try to sue my company or not. But be warned they are dishonest scumbags and they might try something with you too!

The after sales experience wasn't a pleasant one, wasn't even satisfactory at all. It's almost disappointing if we hadn't contacted the manager directly and resolved the issue.

This is a great company to work with. We did a ground mount solar project and Doug Brown with Fortune Energy stepped us through setting up the entire project. Highly recommend working with Fortune Energy if you DIY.

I have always wanted to work in an atmosphere that was not only similar to Dunder-Mifflin with respect to the light, family-like atmosphere... but, also where learning a job that can be quite technical at times- is never over-bearing due to the consummate professionals like Durre & Kevin that are always available to help you understand anything at all and only wish to help you succeed. They have some of the brightest people on staff around the nation. And being that we are one of the five largest distributors of Solar P.V. in the nation, (as well as manufacturing our own 'Racking Systems') - We simply cannot be beat when it comes to quoting prices on the most In-Demand brands of solar products across the nation. Whether Solar Edge, Q cell, SMA or Enphase - I truly feel blessed to have an opportunity to earn six figures working in a 'Green Industry' - while doing my part to keep our planet healthy & safe for our children's children. I don't know about you, but THIS is where it's at when it comes to doing our part as custodians of the finest little planet in our corner of the universe.

There was no real structure in this company. Some teams were allowed to leave early sometimes while others were required to remain in the office until late in the evening all the time. Why? I cannot think of any reason other than favoritism. Policies like these were decided and approved solely by the CEO, not HR, and not management.

Their service people are lazy. They made excuses and didn't deliver the results I expected. Don't waste your time and energy dealing with them.

The distributor doesn't like to take accountability of its products. They just on the blame to the contractor or the installer who installed it. This company needs to be more active in customer complaints.

I've been an Account Manager here in Sac for over 3 years. I highly recommend Fortune Energy. This is the best company I've ever worked for. The owners are super responsive and are just a phone call away. They go over and above for our customers and always make sure they are happy. Our prices are extremely competitive and we help installers by managing their installs and saving them money on the material.

Once the panels have been installed, it's so hard to contact anyone or have anyone come back to fix them up. It would take so many calls, follow ups, before getting a schedule for a site visit, then the waiting game again.

Initial experience was good. Sales person was helpful and panels went up quickly. Problem was they put a system that was too much for my electric usage. Contacted them to ask about it and they said I need to find out from electric company what I quality for. This should have been done beforehand by them. It's been 8 months since installation and I still can't use my panels. This was the worst decision I ever made regarding service/product.
