Zach came to my rescue! We purchased an awesome custom hoodie at a soccer tournament that ended up having a defect despite following the instructions for washing. I struggled to get ahold of anyone in customer service until Zach came along and made everything right. I appreciate Zach’s quick responses, top notch customer service, and quick delivery of our replacement. We’re grateful for Zach!

This company was doing the event merchandise for Cal State Games. They ran out of the shirts the team wanted to order, so they offered to ship about a week after the event concluded. Fast forward to 3 weeks later and still no shirts. Sent several emails & made calls trying to get answers to no avail. Don't waste your money with this company and their empty promises.

Ordered a sweatshirt from them in Redding Smash Cup over two weeks ago. It still has not arrived and I have left multiple messages to figure out what is happening and have not received any return phone calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! $80 for a sweatshirt I have not received, and no customer service. I’ve been robbed.
