Saara and team were great. Saara contacted me right away after I was hooked up with her from Rocket mortgage, she met with my husband and myself that week to show us some homes. When we put in our first offer we went against a cash offer, Saara was quick to respond, did her research and talked me thru what our offer should be…. And 2 days later it was accepted! Exclusive Realty and Mortgage is wonderful! I worked with Megan and Whitney. They were always available when I asked to see a home and they were quick to contact the other agent for a house showing. Whitney helped us placed an offer on a house, and Anabel helped us through the Escrow process. I appreciated that Megan reached out to check up on us during the escrow process. They had exceptional service and updated us with all the details of the process. They were able to get us the best deal as first time home buyers. We were so fortunate to work with this Realtor. Totally recommend them to anyone who is planning to buy a home.

This is my 2nd home purchase with Exclusive Realty. I appreciate that they handle the entire process, including mortgage lending. Communication was always responsive and respectful. Negotiations were creative and effective. The online portal makes all the back and forth of paperwork so much easier. The home buying process was much less stressful than my previous experiences. I knew we were in good hands. Saara was awesome!

A very good team of people and we are so very happy with our home purchase. Since we are 1st time home buyers there is a great deal of anxiety associated with it. Communication on the home buying process and providing assurances along the way would be more helpful. Overall happy with the service by Exclusive Realty and completing the purchase.
