Mix and match used to be $5.99, then $6.99, now it's $7.99. I wouldn't care if the quality increased with the price, but it's become worse, if anything.

Worst dominos I ever came across, there was hardly any cheese on the pizza and it was delivered cold. Will never order from this location

I used to live in Davis - never had a single problem with the Domino's franchise(s) there. App integration was always great, portions were always as advertised. It was a wonderful, magical time. Then I moved to West Sacramento. This location is absolute cancer. Ordering from the app? It will show delivered an hour before it actually arrives. Call the branch because you're confused "There's a glitch in the system, it'll be there soon."Maybe fix the glitch? I never had this problem in Davis. It's a symptom of laziness. And the portions are laughable. I stopped ordering the pasta because it'll arrive in a small pizza box and the bowl itself will be 1/4th the volume.Don't order from here. Just don't. You'll be disappointed.

This Dominoes is a hidden gem of West Sac. Food is cheap AF, made quickly and 99% of the time it’s right on. Perfect pizzas, cheesy bread OMG. So good. Staff is on point too. We always do carry out - kind of dodgy at night over there but the lights are always on as a beacon of pizza safety and deliciousness. Great job, West Sac Dominoes team! PS 6.99 medium 2 topping pizza deal - 3 medium pizzas for 3 people - 24$. Can’t beat it!

The food is decent. The service is normally very good. But this time I ordered I got to say I didn't feel like a customer. I felt more like a burden. When calling in about my order to cancel it. The person on the other side of the phone sounded as if they'd been forced to watch paint dry for 2 days straight. For the money that these guys are getting paid now. There's no excuse for the poor behavior. It's unprofessional and yeah, one bad time like this can ruin it. The driver was all over town and it had been 40 minutes since they had left the store. That's why I had called to cancel because my food would have been cold by the time it arrived. Still wasn't in my neighborhood. After seeing the yelp reviews which I had no idea were so bad. But this is eye opening. I used to order almost weekly. Not happening again. 3:00-4:00PM

Not exactly a warm welcome when you come in... No greeting or smile from the staff. I got a half and half pizza, but one side was cut smaller than the other. Besides that, the food looked good and tasted fine. Service was fast, too.

Good luck trying to call in your order, nobody here ever picks up the phone. If you want anything custom forget it. Barely any cheese on the pizza.

First time visiting this Domino's location, which is now my closest neighborhood Domino's, but it certainly won't be my last! What I really appreciate about Domino's is the coupons they offer for their pizzas. If you're looking to save a buck, you can find local and nationwide coupons on their website for just about anything on their menu, from single-topping medium pizzas, to large specialty pizzas, to sodas, to all of the different sides and menu items they have like sandwiches, cheese bread, pasta, wings, and more. I looked online and found a coupon for a large 5 topping pizza, which I ended up going with, in addition to a 2-liter Diet Coke. I'm a big fan of multiple topping pizzas and wanted the pizza to last over the course of a few meals, so this made the most sense to me. Plus, I was out of soda at home!I opted to visit Domino's and pick the pizza up, but they also offer delivery and curbside pick-up, so there are a variety of options to choose from. I didn't catch the name of the girl behind the counter who helped me, but she was very friendly, greeted me when I entered the store, and grabbed my online order as soon as she finished up with the one other customer in the lobby, who I believe was just picking up an order. They were in and out within less than a minute of my arrival, so this Domino's is quick!I went for a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, jalapeno, onion, and black olives. I also ordered a 2-liter of diet coke and the cashier showed me the cooler of drinks where I could pick up my 2-liter once my food was ready. I was quoted a ready time of about 4:45 and was pleasantly surprised when it came out five minutes early at 4:40. Being so close to dinner time and when work ends for a lot of folks, I was expecting a delay, if anything, so it was awesome that they were able to get it out early, even with online orders, deliveries, and in-store orders. I grabbed my diet coke and was on my way!One thing to note: the location here is great and parking was easy - at least when I visited. I pulled up directly in front of Domino's, with a spot in front of the door. I don't think I could have parked closer. I needed to visit the UPS Store, which also ended up being in the same parking lot - another bonus. Some of the other Domino's in the area are a little easier to get to, with the Midtown location being hard to find parking for, and the Oak Park location having a limited parking lot and being on a one-way street. West Sacramento's location was a breeze, in comparison! I opened up my pizza box and took a photo of my pizza before leaving to make sure everything was good and was on my way! The pizza looked great and tasted great, upon my arrival back home. I had three slices there and went back for leftovers later on. It was definitely the best while heated up, but eating it cold as leftovers went pretty well, too. I've noticed that Domino's pizza does not always hold up well in the fridge, but this pizza actually did. So, kudos to this Domino's team! The crust was buttery and garlicky and had a nice chew to it. The toppings were mostly plentiful, with the exception of the onion, which I didn't notice too much. Not a big deal, though. On the flipside, I definitely tasted jalapeno in every bite, as there was a bit of a kick with every slice. All in all, a solid experience. The drive to and from Domino's was easy and short, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and not crowded, and I was able to get my order early and made correctly. While Domino's is not my favorite pizza by any means, I believe this specific location is worth visiting again - especially if they keep it up with their great deals.

I'm getting a delivery and I called to make sure that there driver has change and the guy on the phone was so disrespectful had an attitude and made me repeat myself 5x so I got a bit irritated and he hung up on my face after saying my driver will have change. Disrespectful you need different employees maybe some with manners the f*** I work in customer service too I know how it is but being a straight dick and hung up on my face! The food wasn't even how I wanted it I wanted the meat extravagant or something and didn't want onions or peppers or mushroom but got the opposite and I'm allergic to mushroom so that's $20 I spent for nothing.

Newest location in the area (2018), carry out open until 10pm, delivery until 12 (1 on Friday/Saturday) am, quick service, friendly staff, and delivers to most of West Sac (cut off is Marshall Road), and open every day except Thanksgiving and X-Mas day. That said, it's no surprise that the management is a revolving door. Domino's will abuse you until they can replace you, they expect far more than they're willing to pay, and delivery driver compensation hasn't gone up in years!Try to be calm and patient with orders, call ahead for more accurate delivery / carry out times on Fridays / holidays / weekends, but call if there's a mishap with your order, and don't forget to ask about coupons!
