Horrible experience at this store I usually don't do this but I have to. I had a young man tell my mom and I he believes we should speak in ENGLISH because we are in america. He greeted us in Spanish asks us what we needed in Spanish and when I came to giving him a phone number and finishing up what we needed he couldn't understand us in Spanish. I'm so thankful I was there with my mom today and spoke up. I asked him if he didn't find that racist he just smirked and said it is a smart remark so he recognized what he was doing never did he apologize. Disgusting never will I be going back into this location Again!

I want to share my experience I had with two of your employees, Beverly Huerta and Consuelo Gonzalez. Their client skills are exceptional. They were kind, understanding, very patient, because I'm in the elder group range, and very professional. I would recommend them and Cricket to anyone with no hesitation.

Great customer service! I was able to get 4 lines for literally $50 a month !!! Crazy deal. Would definitely recommend.
