These have got to be the the dumbest incompetents ever. I called 3 times for a quote and 3 times they asked for CDL , VIN etc. and cut me off when they put me on hold to get the quote and didn’t call back.

I had a really great experience with Javier yesterday on the phone, working with me to reinstate my car insurance! He did everything from trying to get me the best cost to his spectacular patience and customer service. Even with my extra fees he got me to a reasonable cost- regardless he did a great job and he is always available when I call! This man needs a raise!

I had a horrible experience with my first phone call. Reversed the transaction & everything because I was not getting any answers and the agent was impatient and unfriendly. Next day I called back after finding out this is one of the only companies that would insure my colorful record and was helped by Shawnette Dunson. Completeeeee 180 in experience. Shawnette was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She found me a better fit policy for a better fit deal. A positive experience goes a long way, and she knows that. Thank you Shawnette for all your help, my family and I are very appreciative.

I called the office for information on insurance rates. I am a Geico customer and needed some additional info regarding rate comparisons. I was met by a cheery voice of professionalism and courtesy by Shawnette Dunson. She was able to address my concerns about rising rates and specifically, issues regarding info I has heard about insuring Kias and Hyundais. If I do have switch carriers I will definitely use Cost-U-Less!

If you are need of insurance but are in a bit of a pinch, look no further! Cost-U-Less has the best insurance for a great price! The team is super helpful and friendly. Javier is the man to go to for a good quote. Really respectful and professional. He always makes sure I'm getting the best quote and has never tried to swindle me. If I could give this place ten stars I definitely would!!!
