After having my solar panels cleaned, the company that did the service said that one of my panels was "arcing" and needed to be replaced or at least disconnected before it affected the rest of my system. Plus, they wanted to charge me over $1500, just for the "simplest" plan of disconnecting the panel. I found Citadel after an online search, and Eric at Citadel was able to look online at my system's energy production. He could see that the one panel, although compromised, was still producing energy and did NOT need to be replaced. Eric was also VERY helpful with suggestions that helped me to get my system reporting data again to Enphase for the grand total of $25 that I paid to buy a WiFi extender at Eric's recommendation. My system hadn't been reporting data for quite some time, and I wasn't able to diagnose the issue on my own. I highly recommend Citadel, and Eric, for their diligence, and for sharing their expertise that helped me to avoid the costly, unnecessary repair to my system that the other company recommended.

They put in our solar and Tesla batteries and everything runs perfectly. We had one minor follow up issue and they were right on it. I recommended them to my brother and he’s been very happy with them too.

Dominic came out to commission my system. He was very professional and easy to talk to. If it weren’t for him I would not be giving such a glowing review. The installers missed a step and even though my system looked like it was live for six months I was not producing any energy. Dominic fixed it and now I am a happy camper. Also, Citadel made it right by my not having use of my system for six months.

Citadel did a great job with solar installation. I have light weight tiles and a couple of other installers refused. Citadel is also a roofing company and came prepared with replacement tiles to swap any ones which broke during installation!! Chris Blank was great to work with.

Dom showed up and very quickly identified the location of the leak in my roof after investigating it's source in the attic. He located it at one of the solar panel attachment points, fixed it quickly (including removing and re-securing the solar panels above the leak) and was on his way---all in less than 2 hours. And with great demeanor, courtesy and professionalism 100%! Thanks, Dom!

Everything was great from the quoting process to installation. Installation crew was outstanding. The only disappointment was the referral policy. I referred my son to Citadel and never received any compensation. Still highly recommend them.

Citadel installed 2 new roofs and a solar array. They did an excellent job, communicated with me throughout the process, and liaisoned with PGE to get the connection and billing sorted out properly. They were great.

This is a great company to work with. I had contacted other solar companies and listened to their presentations, but they really did not know many of the specifics, they were more interested in closing the deal. Eric, my salesperson explained in detail the benefits and was able to save us many thousands of dollars by finding appropriate grants for our installation. I would refer Citadel to anyone interested in getting a solar system.
