Sylvester on the graveyard shift is the only reason I'm giving a positive star rating. He is stoic and AWESOME! I've experienced some rude employees that need to up their treatment of those who are more?!-fortunate than others. Don't judge a book by its cover is all. (This metaphor is a little dated but perfect)
