Worst bank I have ever visit in my life. I was waiting in the lobby. Nobody came to attend me except the security guard Muhammad came to attend me. He was so nice and kind Bank assist have to learn from their security guard How to do customer service how to assist the client. Honestly 5 stars for your security guard and for his honest service and 0 stars for bank service. I give you 1 stars because of your security guard you should be grateful.

Wasn't able to cash a check, i can only deposit and funds would be available the next business day by calling a number provided. It's been 4 days and now funds won't be available for 1

This is my local Chase I love it.Update. This bank has become the hardest bank to use. It is closed at five and doesn't offer an ATM to use if you walk in or an outer ATM. The homeless problem is so bad that they will not allow us to go in and use it while they're closed. There is a security guard that stands in front of Chase only to tell us that it is not open that we cannot go in the ATM section. The drive-thru ATM is typically broken. Please fix this

Access to ATMs in secure area unavailable due to card reader not working.Then having only 1 accessible ATM with he drive through, had to wait in a long line.In reading other comments, this has been a problem for almost a year or more.. Chase should have higher standards than to leave things broken for so longWhy not post a notice that this is the s tatus of the reader and mention he drive through? I'm passing through and wasted a fair amount of time trying to access the ATM area.This clearly reflects onto the management of this branch.. go to another branch .. seriously .. I have too many questions!1 star

I love this bank. They have always looked after me and have made time for me if I needed help with something other than teller-related duties. I do believe customers should go in person instead of calling. They come to recognize your face and then remember your name. Don't be lazy...drive there and go inside.

Drive through atm is ALWAYS either down or just gone! ...literally. The atms in the foyer are basically inaccessible after banking hours because the scanner doesn't work.

I am primarily an online only/Direct Deposit customer that steps into the branch as minimal as possible. The only reason I keep chase is because often I need cash. Here is my main issue with them:The drive-up ATM is always out of service. The last 2 times I have gone it has been out of service.The ATM's in the lobby are only available during business hours. The door card reader doesnt work after hours because who knows why. I asked them if there were any plans to install any exterior ATM's they said no. The manager recommended I visit another branch afterhours if I needed access to an ATM. So, I did, I went to the new location on Freeport BLVD. Only to arrive to signs on the door that the ATMs were unavailable. Chase is a great bank, I dont know why its so subpar in the Sacramento area. Needless to say, I am done. Switching back to Wells Fargo fingers crossed its a better experience. Also, WF is offering $200 for new customers who open a checking account until 3/2023. That was enough incentive to not have to deal with the ATM situation anymore! BYEEEE!

worst chase bank! they always don't have a working ATM. the only ones that work are locked up and the card reader they have outside to get in stays locked until they open.they also close 30 min early when they feel like it.

Why is it EVERYTIME...I go to the bank to use the ATMs..the drive-up one is broken? Not to mention...The door access card reader is broken and you can't even get to use the lobby ATMs! Why do we have to pay extra fees when, it's not our fault?
