Every time you pay by card, $ 10 is debited from the card, no matter what the price of the service is. I tried to find a phone number or an administrator's number to call and resolve this issue at the Car Wash, there is no information on the Internet either.

I have been coming to this car wash all of my life since I’ve had a drivers license and today is a Sunday morning. The touchless car wash took my $10 and the machine literally stopped in the beginning of the washing process. So my husband had to dish out more money to finish, washing it in another stall . There’s no way to contact the owner, his property is locked up. I am extremely disappointed that there is no phone number to contact anyone so I’m leaving the review. Hopefully he sees it.

Tried to use the touchless car wash. Paid $10. Undercarriage wash worked. I pulled in and the rest of the car wash didn’t work! I tried to back up and pull in again and nothing. It’s like it wasn’t sensing my car or it’s just plain broken. There’s no phone number anywhere to call the owner. Now I have to call my bank.

I want to love this place cause it's the only true touchless car wash in the area but the pumps and jets need some serious renovation.
The wash just isn't that strong at anything. Skip's on the suds, soaps and products. Will dry 60-70% if the car because it shoots down in the car.
I do appreciate the facts it's here. Wish Sacramento had more true touch less washes. Very convenient.

This car wash is a rip off you get 17seconds per quarter after you put 3dollars in the machine I spent 10 bucks I got to do pre wash ,brush,and rinse did not even get to use tire cleaner barley got it rinsed and I got to vacuumed and the vacuumed was the best part they have really good suction I will post which other car washes are better with in the next week. I used to like to come to this one but for the money you spend to clean everything your better off going to a drive thru car wash

I think this place is very well maintained. It's not newer but still for its age it's kept very clean and always see a maintenance person regularly . I really enjoy this spot when in sacramento

For $1.25 you get 4 minutes for a vacuum cleaner, I decided to pay by card and they charged me over 10 dollars for the same 4 minutes. Don't pay here with a card if you don't want to be charged more than it costs!
