“Being relatively new in the area is hard not be taken advantage of, but it did not happen here. Had some really expensive quotes from big companies and forgot to check local first. These guys were almost half the next quote and windshield is great! They have a great shop, good people and they're very friendly. Will use them again for sure for my work vehicles! Support local businesses!”

Tony did an awesome job and even took the time to incorporate my dash cam cord into the siding of my car (after checking that it was ok with me) to hide the wire better because he noticed it falling out! “The people who work at this establishment are great people, but they don't tend to keep their word or stay professional. Professionalism is my most important key when it comes to local businesses. I came in to get my first window tint on my brand new 2023 Tesla. Looked great. I didn't check for any burns or some sorts. But after 5 days the back tint started bubbling. Fortunately they fixed it free of charge but they offered me sun shades for my front windshield the next time I came in. I came in today because my right passenger side window started making crumbling noises. Also I had a small chip on the drivers side "due to seatbelts" but the part where it chipped is inside the door side panel so the seatbelts can't hit the window. Ray who I spoke told me I could come in and I told him I will get a friend to pick me up. It would've been professional of him to tell me he didn't need to take the car in for the day so I wouldnt have to tell my friend to come out his way to pick me up. They only offered to fix the chip on my drivers side if I got my windshield tinted . Oh haha also the 2nd redone on the back window has air bubbles again. Cool, I get it. you guys need to make your money. That's fine but if you want a business to grow more and last forever. Ownership is very important and staying by your word with customers is key. They offered lifetime warranty but I don't feel like I'm receiving life time quality. I always have to come back and get it redoIf you don't provide great customer service you won't grow anymore than you expect it to be. All love at the end of the day. I know the trade. But I don't recommend coming here for any tints because it seems like they don't last more than a week haha of daily driving. The price was close to 350$. You should definitely see what other options and choices you have before coming here.”

“What can I say but excellent customer service. I found on yelp got quotes from several places and from my own car insurance and they were they cheapest and most helpful the morning I found my car broken into. The ladies who work there are extremely helpful they quoted me the price for everything both windows included and even in my online quote (which was the cheapest) informed me I also had the option to bring my own glass and they would install each for $79 and on top of it HELP ME LOCATE THE WINDOWS!! She simply asked me to call her which I did and she looked up 4 or 5 places which had my windows in stock and even gave me a quote for one of the places, the rest I had to call and get a quote as there's weren't listed. Which was beyond helpful and I appreciated dearly. I then call the places she gave me and found the best deal and call them when I was picking up glass to make sure they could fit me in today after I was done picking up the glass which she said of course and they would wait for me. That was just the icing on the cake and much appreciated since I knew they would be closing soon and being as I was already stressed out due to the situation. The work was great and I mostly appreciated their stellar customer service! If your looking at this place don't hesitate use them you won't be disappointed! Thank you guys again for making my already stressful day better!”

“I was really impressed with Safelite's efficiency and friendly customer service. The employees I observed seemed happy, which is something I rarely see. I had a noon appointment and had to wait a few moments for a technician to come back from lunch, but Emery came and helped me at about 12:10pm. He said the online material states there could be a three hour wait while they replace your windshield, but said he could probably do it in 90 minutes, especially since I didn't have a ride and had to wait. He was right! It took only 90 minutes to replace my windshield and recalibrate the sensors. He did some bonus work on my windshield wiper, checking to make sure it wasn't damaged either. I really appreciated the fast, cheerful customer service, and while I haven't driven the car that much since the repair was made, the windshield seems to be good as new. The waiting area has a coffee machine and free wifi, which helps pass the time. Thanks Safelite for the high quality experience!”

“Once the tech arrived, they took care of everything and did it fairly fast. They did it at my work place so I didn't have to take time off to go somewhere to get my glass replaced. They sent me a tracker so I knew when my tech was near and they called me to get final location of the car (because there were several cars similar to mine. )”
