My fiancee and I are very grateful for our leasing agent LaTonda for making moving in a painless experience, being available, and always accommodating us. Especially since we wanted to move in as soon as possible. She said she would try her best and she made it happen. She is a really nice and confident person that you can rely on.

Stay away from this apartment. They decided to add a big garbage container in the middle of the complex, which stinks up the area. Cops are always being called over. Pool is always under maintenance. Maintenance staff takes forever to get to your location. Good luck trying to get your deposit back, they overcharge all cleaning fees.

I was quite hesitant about posting anything on here since I have only lived here for a short period of time but I decided to give recognition to my two favorite people. Lydia in the office is great, I say this due to the fact whenever I need anything fixed or I need assistance she puts a work order in and things get done. Whether it's showing me how to adjust my thermostat or fixing a light outside my door. Maintenance crew are amazing.

I just moved into Capitol Place Apartments and Evan in maintenance has been absolutely wonderful. My partner and I had a list of things we wanted fixed or tweaked and he accomplished all of them quickly and with kindness. He knows what he's talking about and tries to make sure you know what you need to to comfortably live in your home. The reason I'm only giving four stars is because of the ongoing difficulties I had with initial paperwork, unrelated to maintenance.

My experience here was horrible. Even though I got approved they gave me a hard time. I have called, emailed and asked for my security deposit and they have not yet gave me my holding deposit back. Please don't apply here the management is bad

Although I did not rent from these apartments (as they were out of my price range), I had a great tour with Lydia. She was awesome at making me feel comfortable and answering all of my questions thoroughly. She gave me several options in regard to accommodating my price range. Lydia is awesome!!!!

DO NOT APPLY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH WITH RENTING.My partner and I applied and got accepted. We paid the holding fee and was told it would be refunded if we decided to withdraw our application. We withdrew since we found a different place and have yet to receive our refund. We applied in JUNE and it is now October. I emailed the property management and was told they would send a check in the mail after confirming a mailing address, with it arriving in 5-7 days after. I sent the mailing address, to which I didn't receive a confirmation email. I then emailed to ask if they had gotten my email with the address, to which I also did not get a response. Every time I call, there is no answer to the phone. I am tired of waiting and playing this game. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Azul was very nice, helpful and patient. She made sure to go over things with me and helped me to transition into my new home with ease. Very grateful. Melissa was very nice and informative and patient. She made sure I was satisfied with everything prior to moving in and walked me through several steps. Hannah is also new and very friendly. Beautiful place and friendly staff.

I’ve lived here a little over a year now and absolutely love it! Alyssa and the front staff are all super friendly and helpful whenever needed. The maintenance supervisor Evan is awesome and always comes to finish repairs right away with a smile on his face! Also an awesome pet friendly option for apartments with plenty of grass for your puppers?

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!I can’t believe it’s been over 2 months and my S/O and I have yet to receive our refund. They let us “Apply” for an apartment that was never available and then tell us that it was due to a “System error”. It’s crazy to think getting our $500 deposit and $100 application fee is taking this long to refund but they were so quick to receive the payment. First the manager Melissa said that she would be working on it and today that I have called back, she acted like she had no clue what was going on!! This is absolutely ridiculous. THANK GOD I DID NOT END UP RENTING HERE!! THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS UNPROFESSIONAL !!!EDIT: it’s now 6/6/22 and I have YET to receive any money back…SMH! I received ONE call back since my review saying that they sent it out to the wrong address and that they would call me back to figure out what to do next. It is going on FOUR months since I submitted my deposit and over three weeks since I’ve heard from anyone regarding this issue. I would have never imagined that getting MY hard earned money back would be this difficult especially when their faulty system is to blame in the first place.SMH this is a living nightmare.
