The folks here were wonderful to work with, and we're honest with me about my car. I recently broke my foot and could not drive my car (my Dad dropped it off for me) and they worked with me over the phone to work out logistics and discuss my car. They were super helpful and not only dropped my Dad back off at my house, but when the car was ready, they personally delivered it back to my house as well. Highly recommend using them, Veena was super helpful!Services: General repairs & maintenance

10/17/23 ( 1:20- 1:30pm ) Regular Oil Change price for my car 2001 Honda accord quoted by them . $80.00/- Competitor prices in the same area :Econo Lube : $68.00Midas : $60.00 Grease guys : $60.00 The lady I didn't ask her name ( I assume must be the owner or part of the business I assume ) I spoke over the phone did not sound so friendly and wasn't so pleased with my polite price quote inquiry. She didn't sound so pleasant in person either when I stopped by later. This review is up not just because of the price quote , it's just that I didn't feel welcomed and find the communication we had not friendly . Remember, friendly communication and earning customers trust is key to this business . Got my service done at Midas .

This place is so rude the lady who answered the calls don’t even give the time of day to help u out hangs up saying she can’t help me with a diagnostic of my truck really bad customer service for sure

The folks at Broadway Auto are true professionals. We brought our Subaru in last week with a terrible chatter in the steering and they had the issue diagnosed and fixed by the next day. Veena was wonderful checking the car in and out. Highly recommend!! Rick

Love this place. Started going here years ago when the Mazda I was driving had issues n the dealer couldn't figure out what the problem was. They diagnosed n fixed in the first visit. Never went to dealer again. Recently went for a smog check on newer vehicle. Everyone pleasant n accommodating. Glad they are here in town
