“Today I want to give special thanks to the Bank of America employee in West Sacramento (1511 W Capitol Ave) — May Phan. My husband and I came in with a rather non-standard request: we urgently needed to change our account number to prevent an automatic payment from being processed.
Honestly, I didn’t expect anyone to resolve it so quickly and efficiently. Usually, at banks, you hear things like “that’s not possible” or “we can’t do that,” but May showed true professionalism. She thought it through, found a solution, and completed everything very quickly — and most importantly, before the payment was processed!

They were rude, ignorant, unprofessional, and lacked social skills. Why are those people employed? Makes zero sense to me! If you cannot be your best self when assisting customers, then resign!
