Very rude customer service. Seen employees empty out metal condiment containers over trash cans outside in front. Place them right on top of the OUTSIDE trash can nd then put them back in there trays. Disgusting!

I went yesterday and the price for gas is a steal compared to other gas stations in the area. The only issue I have with this place is you can't pay at the pump. It makes it real inconvenient when you want to fill your tank up but, you don't know how much it will cost and you have to guess. I was an eight of a tank off.

Stuck staying at a hotel nearby for a couple of months, bought my favorite beer here twice then they Removed It, Very Rude employees as well, old food on shelves and in warmers don't go here Much better places elsewhere! The # they say to call is false...

Redeemed 3 winning tickets (total of $9) asked for them in $1 year of the rabbit and the cashier gave us only 6 tix. When we asked for additional 3 tickets he hung up on us. Will report to CA State Lotto. Tickets 1547-1053966-0-190 thru 1547-1053966-0-195 given to us. Your cashier stole $3 dollars.

"Pay for your gas at the pump." The guy inside is super sketchy. He put my $40 on the wrong pump number. I told him 3x that I was at pump #10. After trying to pump, no gas is coming out. Went in to complain and he was playing d**** he said " You told me pump #2 bro." I said pump 10 like 3x. He put it on pump #2 and someone else took $30 of my gas. Just pay outside at least your money is going directly into the pump your at. Next time I'll just go to the shell across. Will be filling a complaint with corporate.

I went here yesterday (July 2020) and the young man giving me change for a prepaid gas order short changed me by not giving me any pennies I was owed without asking me if that was okay. I am not happy to pay more than I have to for gas as I work hard for every cent I make. Look out that they give you exact change back, and they don't keep the extra money you were supposed to get. This is unacceptable conduct. This happened to me 1 other time at the Rocklin AmPm and it is sad that someone working is keeping our extra money. Yes, its only pennies, but this is a form of theft which could lead to bigger issues. This is not okay.

This place is skimming money. Tried to buy three drinks for $5.50, a special they were advertising. When he rang me up, I looked at the electronic screen you pay with your atm as it shows the charges. The guy working there ran it for $5.90 plus crv plus tax bringing the total to $6.43. I pointed it out and he tried to say that extra $0.40 was crv when it was clearly not. I said it was false advertising and he acted like he didn't understand. I just asked for my cash back and bounced without the drinks. Plus he wasn't wearing a mask and the other lady was not wearing her mask properly either. This was 6/14/20 around 1pm. I don't give my money to thieves, even if it is a small sum they are skimming.

Do not buy these hot foods here. I’ve bought 2 corn dogs and the post even says 2 for $2. The cashier charged me $1.69 each. I showed him the post at the back of the store, and he still gave me excuses. Poor customer service. I will not come here anymore.

Super ghetto. I had to talk with the worker from a bullet proof glass. She would not even let me get $60 in gas and let me pay with a $100 bill. I use to work for ARCO and she could off easily got change from the safe and dropped the $100 bill. Bad business on them.
