Had an excellent experience getting support from the service rep when we had an unexpected trailer tire issue on the highway. While speaking to him on the phone, he double checked our location, was extremely patient and helpful, and even ended up recommending a different tire shop just because it was safer to get to. Amazing service!

I had a nail in my tire and needs rotation. They have superb quality customer service. They let me know as soon as my rotaion was done, and then let me know it should be done in about 10 mins. for fixing the hole. Awesome job!

Wait was long. I wasn’t fully sure there was no issues with my tires, so I am glad to have gone in for a tire inspection for that extra sense of security. The tire inspection was free and I definitely will be coming again if I have an issue with my tires.

I took my truck in for a Goodyear warranty replacement and felt like I was a bother to them throughout the entire process. Somehow, they don't do appointments, so I had to wait almost three hours. After getting the tire replaced, the tire pressure sensor did not reset even after driving it for more than 50 miles. I went back the next day so they could check it. I spoke to Nick, and he told me the original sensor was fine, but they still had to replace it with a new one because it broke in the process of removing the tire. He said, "We normally charge for these, but I'll do it for free," which doesn't make any sense. They broke the sensor, and I paid $45 for the labor to replace one tire. Regardless, he gave me the ultimatum that he would install a new sensor, but if it didn't reset, it wasn't his problem. His exact words were, "I don't want to go down that rabbit hole." I will never return to this location. A week and 300 miles later, I took it to the Vacaville location, and they fixed it in 10 minutes. They just had to input the make and model of my truck, and the sensor reset after driving it for 10 miles. Thank you, Vacaville location!

This is the second time I’ve been here and the guy at the desk has made a “mistake” and wasted hours of my time. Prices good and customer service is good but their focus seems to be on getting new customers and not paying attention to the people in front of them. First time I sat with the guy told him I need one new tire and the others rotated. He said it would be a 2 hour wait I waited then picked my car up and the tires weren’t rotated. I asked them about it they said the guy forgot to put down that the tires need to be rotated. Then I went in for my other car and made an appointment because they say appointments should be in and out within a hour. My appointment was at 10:45 and at 12 they hadn’t even pulled my car back yet. When I asked about it the guy said that they forgot to mark my car down as an appointment. So I wasted a whole hour of my time because I think the kid was madd he couldn’t sell me a new tire when I didn’t need one. How do you check in with two different people and not of them forgot to mark down an appoint as an appoint. They just didn’t treat me as a priory because the work I got done is warranty work and they were trying to have me sit so they could make money. PAY ATTENTION

Horrible experience, very rude, over-the-top sales-y workers. Explanation below:
I get there, check in, and they put me on a waitlist *even though I had an appointment). After 30+ minutes, someone sees me, asks if I had an appointment, sees my car, and I explain that I need to buy a new tire to get home, I drove 2 hours on my spare to get here and have another 2 to go. Then we get inside and he starts saying "I really really wish I could repair your tire but I can't because of the damage, you need to buy a new tire. I really can't". (This is already what I told him and 2 other employees: I set an appointment to buy a new tire) I should have known from his first odd statement that it was going to be a bad experience. He then proceeds to spend a other 25-30 minutes trying to upsell me and "counter" (in his own words) what I want, trying to charge me $300+ more and add on muchhh more than needed. He knew I just had a flat tire the night before *memorial day, and was happy to be able to come in and get a new tire since I couldn't drive the spare further for safety reasons. After 30 minutes of him trying to upsell me, he tells me that my request will be seen as "weird" to whoever does my car in the future (because I did not choose the option he wanted, which was to redo all of my tires, even though they were not dangerous to drive on). He said they might not read the notes, so I should pay for all, to which I replied that I would remind them to read the notes. Finally he stops pushing, I pay, and am standing there, and I ask him if he needs my car key, so then he takes it. Then 1.5 hours go by and I see that they are busy, so I attempt to get my keys back and cancel my tire change to go to a place my friend recommended for their speed and good service. The guy says he would do it himself, to which I replied that he did not need to do it himself and I did not want to rush them, I just wanted my car back. He pushed more so I agreed and he told me to wait by my car and he would make space in a few minutes. In a few minutes he walks back with a different customer whose car ended up being next to mine. Still, I wait...30-45mins go by as I am standing outside in the heat, so I go back inside. He comes to me and apologizes saying "my manager said I had more important things to do, and I tried to go and tell you I couldn't do it but he stopped me and said I had more important things to do". So I say "ok, I never expected you to do all of that." He tells me they will start my car next. I wait 20 more minutes, then walk to the store across the lot to buy a charger because my phone is dying, then I come back, still nothing, so I go to ask for my keys AGAIN. It is now almost 4pm, and I arrived for my 12:15 appointment hours prior, my car hasn't been touched. This next guy asks me if I want him to ask them to take my car, I said "no, I have a long commute home and just want my car back." I was calm and nice the whole time, never once escalated or pushed back. Meanwhile, there was a man next to me who they had to order a part for his car, and since it was out of stock, they apologized and offered him FREE labor. The difference/disparity in customer service and how they put me in a worse situation was very blatant. The manager wrote something on my file while cancelling my request, and said nothing to me at all. I left, went to the place I tried to go to an hour before when America's Tires wouldn't give me my car keys back, and this other place finished my car under 10 minutes. DO NOT GO TO AT, I don't recommend, especially if you are a woman they think they can take advantage of. Will never go to any AT/discount tires location ever again.

Excellent customer service - FREE flat repair plus + balance. I was in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely be back when it’s time for new tires. Also huge shout out to Rufiño who assisted me!
