Got some 295/70/17 for my 4runner, they killed it on customer service and killed it with getting me in and out took about 30mins.

Had an excellent experience getting support from the service rep when we had an unexpected trailer tire issue on the highway. While speaking to him on the phone, he double checked our location, was extremely patient and helpful, and even ended up recommending a different tire shop just because it was safer to get to.
