Great customer service ! This is an older and smaller 7-Eleven but what it la is in size they make up for in customer service and attention to detail. I personally like the smaller size of the store, feels like a small business, mom and pop type. I've been coming to this location for years, about 20+ to be exact and one of the main reasons I like this location is their coffee station. They always have coffee freshly brewed and during the day they have a nice selection. Crisp Blueberry with French Vanilla creamer is my go to !! If you have not tried it, you must. They also always have a good variety of hot foods ready to go and if you are craving something but don't see it, they'll usually hear it up for you. The owner Bobbie is prideful of her store and it shows with the consistency of great service and product selection.

this is the best 7/eleven in Sacramento in my opinion because the customer service by every employee is phenomenal I would like to thank the corporate office for having this 7-Eleven in Sacramento thank you and God bless.

Friendly cashier older gentleman... he always allows me to fill my Hydro Flask with ice and doesn't charge me anything (bless his heart ?) I also get a delicious slushy as well, either cherry or 7up flavors (very tasty), they also have these apple pies at the front counter that taste SO fresh that I buy all of them everytime I go in the store if they're still on the shelf, parking is never a problem and not alot of activity going on outside which is always a plus... good place to stop to before my shift begins whenever I'm working....so thank you to the older gentleman that hooks me up and I ordered a pepperoni pizza from here as well and it also was nice and tasty (thanks to the younger fella on 7-24-23 around 4:50pm)... I recommend this place most definitely ????? ? .

So I went in and asked how much the hot dog was and looked at the prices being displayed and I was told by the guy at the counter that they were $2.19 rather than the advertised price and he was not very friendly about it and seemed a little irritated and I took me about 5 minutes to get him to answer my question and it looks pretty run down and nasty outside lots of Homeless looking people here and there not that that's a bad thing just to beware

A huge thank you to the honest employees at this 7-11. Accidentally left my wallet there yesterday. Went today and it was there, all contents intact. Thank you all for this, and the excellent service you provide to our neighborhood everyday.

0 stars!!!Very rude woman working behind counter this evening. I used my 7-Eleven points on my app for a free drink. Lady rang up the drink and charged me the 0.10 CRV fee. I told her that I never had to pay the CRV before when claiming a reward from the app. She then proceeded to yell at me and snatch my drink from the counter. She is very lucky that I am kind and patient. Needless to say, I won't ever be coming back to this location. Horrible customer service!!!! It was so bad I emailed corporate about it!!!!!!!
