I’m leaving this review because my nana won’t. Please get the paid insurance. Several of her bigger items were severely damaged. I am happy to say the men were very accountable for their actions & came to tell her right away about the damages.

Do not use this company. We are a small law firm that has moved offices on two previous occasions and both times worked with Bill Saleebey without issue and contacted him again when we were moving to a new location. Unfortunately this move was terrible. First, the MSI showed up under staffed and had to scramble to locate additional movers. We were to have 8 people and they only showed up with 3. The help that they found were mostly the wives and girlfriends of the some laborers that they hired, including a few who were clearly underage. Most of these people were totally inexperienced with moving an office as numerous items were damaged since they failed to wrap any of the furniture or our photocopy machines that they were moving. The MSI employees also left early and failed to supervise these clearly inexperienced people who were incapable of performing the job and left half of our office at our old location and everything in total disarray. In addition to damaged items, items were missing. We had to ask this crew to leave and request that another crew come the next day to complete the move due to our concerns regarding their competency. However, the next day when the replacement crew arrived they went to the wrong location and they were without the required equipment needed to complete the move, further delaying the move. However, they were eventually able to get us out of the old location and get us into our new offices by the end of the second full day. We were then told that MSI would have a crew come the next day to finish the installation at their charge which turned out to be false and now MSI is refusing to be responsible for the $1000's of dollars in damages that they have caused all while trying to bill us for three days of moving for what should have been a one day move if they had initially sent a professional crew as we believed we were hiring instead of a bunch of children and amateurs. This was a terrible experience that was utterly unprofessional and since the move we have been dealing with MSI who is now only concerned with getting paid and not with the damage that they have inflicted on our business or our property. This was not the experience that I expected and as a result of their lack of concern and refusal to make things right I strongly urge anyone who is considering to use this company to go somewhere else.

I moved with them a few months back and paid their initial deposit. Then I paid the guys that helped me in cash with a very generous tip considering I was hauling stuff out of the truck right along with them. They never gave me a receipt, just an unfilled out bill with none of the hours or dates logged and no signatures. I thought that was weird but I was exhausted so I trusted them because this service came recommended to me.Cut to a few months later and [redacted] in the office calls me while I'm at work asking where the rest of the payment is. I tell her what happened and she's like, "well we don't have a record of that." No Duh, because either her movers pocketed the cash or she lost it on purpose so she could pocket it. Now she's threatening to send collections after me and it's not worth fighting more about it, so I'm paying it. But I feel scammed. If you use this company, make sure you get a correct receipt and don't pay cash!

From the management to the moving crew, MSI knows what they're doing! Chevo and his crew took an extremely difficult task and not only made the impossible possible, but did so with extreme professionalism and kindness. The whole process went smoothly and they took extra cautionary steps to ensure all our stuff arrived safely and in its original condition. Highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

I hired this team from a friends referral. I had a 500lb, 12' table I made with my dad to be moved from one location to an upstairs office. These guys were amazing and didn't give up when it came to turning the corner with this heavy piece of furniture. It fit through the door with maybe 1cm worth of space. I am so grateful for their dedication and determination!!

Steve Whitton was an excellent rep to work with to organize and coordinate our office move! The information he provided along with the instructions for the move and the materials and labeling scheme helped organize the event in a very efficient and effective way. We expected to spend about 8 hours for the process but the crew headed by Al and Noel were sooo amazingly fast, careful, and professional that we ended up really spending about 5-1/2 hours! So impressive. More so, every single crew member was courteous, respectful, extremely careful and considerate that we would highly highly recommend them to anyone! Just to note, we had compared several companies and went with MSI because they allocated 17 movers and 4 trucks for the job, which had to be after business hours on a Friday night because of our buildings regulations. One of the other companies would've only had 10 workers and 2 trucks, which probably would've meant a much longer night! Another thing that was impressive, they had a designated crew member who was an "installer"--he would disassemble furniture then reassemble at the destination--who would double check with us to make sure the smallest details were addressed. We really appreciated that, instead of them just roughly throwing stuff back together. Price was reasonable, customer service and organization were impeccable, quality of the movers and their skills in moving were amazing. Don't know why the bad reviews but our experience was so amazing. Snapped a pic of most of the crew at night's end. They worked hard without AC in the building and sweated buckets but kept a positive attitude throughout!

Junior'ss crew did an amazing, above & beyond job moving my friend. I have used Movers Services Inc for 17 years. They have move many of my Real Estate clients. Some of my clients have used them multiple times because they are so satisfied with their service. I Highly, Highly recommend Movers Servixes Inc & Junior's crew!!

They give their Employees a Raise , then cut the hours and days and overtime so they end up making the same amount or less than when they received the raise... They have no good customer service Dispatch is Trash Jason... Hung up on me in an emergency situation when trying to contact an employee. No good Warehouse organization. A handful of Good Employees & they have been there for years getting treated unfairly and with the Coronavirus still in effect they need more sanitation... I would give Negative Stars if I could... The original owner is the Best Owner ever , but time and greed change everything in the Warehouse... Boo on MSI... 2021 THEY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER...

Just went back to these guys again for my second high quality office chair from MSI. Love my Aeron and Steelcase chairs, both in fantastic shape and very clean. They will last forever. These folks are the best. So friendly. Danny hooked me up with exactly what I needed. He gave me an incredible deal and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I will never shop regular retail for office furniture again!
