Applied to work here and they gave me the job on the spot as a part time tech associate. They told me I would get an email and drug test but never got anything. Followed up multiple times with two managers and there stated they would reach out but they did not. During the interview they said no one buys at staples anymore since amazon came into play, so they are struggling with sales. I was in sales and was considered a top sales rep at my job. I only applied here for extra cash for a project I was working on. I see now it's a struggling store, with poor leadership while missing talent waling through the door. I won't be shopping here myself even though I live across the street from this location.

It's a stupid thing but this is the state of retail. Item rings at $9.99. I tell checker it's marked at display at $6.79. He says it's in the computer at $9.99. I ask him to go check. He says no. I go and take photo of display and return to him. Only then does he get on his communicator and someone goes and comes back with $6.79 price. No sorry and no thank you from anybody. Nobody cares. It's not like they were busy. Multiple staffers walking around.

I recently shopped at Staples for some home office essentials, and I was blown away by the shopping experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The checkout process was quick, and the staff was super helpful. Staples has elevated the way I approach office supply shopping!

Desperately short staffed. I returned an Amazon package and there was a line with only one employee. The $10 off when returning is only when you spend $30 ( in the fine print). Unlike Kohl's, which doesn't require you to spend anything. Then later I needed to print something and there was a paper jam. I waited a very long time again.

Staples has become my trusted partner for all my office supply needs. Their online ordering system is user-friendly, and the delivery is prompt. I love the convenience of shopping from home and having everything I need delivered right to my doorstep. The quality of their products is excellent, and their customer service is exceptional.

Horrible location. It has the feel of Sears in its last days. Very few workers, and almost no customers. I took a paperback songbook in to have the spine removed and restored with comb binding, a standard office staples job, one I've done many, many times before at that location. The young woman behind the counter clearly didn't want to do it and made up a bogus reason for not helping. Her: "The glue in the binding will mess up the blade of the binding cutter." Me: "ALL PAPERBACK BINDINGS HAVE GLUE". I added that "I've done ALL my music books there". I asked for the manager who never came. I left and I will remain gone from that store. Done. Over and out.

Thank you!! Thank you for your wonderful service on Monday evening. My daughter's birthday was on Tuesday, and I realized on Monday that I had forgotten to get her a photo banner like I do every year. I googled same day photo banner printing, and your store came up. Even though I placed the order after the cut-off time for that day, you were happy to get it done within 1.5 hours even though it is your busiest time of year with back to school shoppers. I truly appreciated your extra effort to help me. When my daughter woke up on her birthday and walked downstairs, her face lit up! The photo banner looked AMAZING!! :)

This place is wack for printing. No one really helps you. The printers are all out of ink and basically print in grey and they still charge you for it. And on top of it their machines charge you a 5$ authorization fee.

I needed to print some cards on heavy gloss paper. I used the web portal to upload them to the store and the person at the print counter printed them. So far so good, I mean that is the way it's supposed to work, right. I used the cutter to cut the cards to size. The cutter blade was a bit dull. I mentioned this to the person at the print counter. She nodded, but I don't think she was going to take any action on this front. OK, cards cut, now I needed envelopes. I asked where the envelopes were and the told me. I was happily surprised when it turned out I was given the correct aisle and even where on the aisle. Then I paid. So, so I consider this a successful visit? Sure. Will I come back? I have a feeling I shall.

Came here to do TSA pre-check at the tech services area. This older heavy set white man with an accent was being incredibly disrespectful towards my family and I. He was giving us awful dirty looks and being so disrespectful with the older gentleman in front of us. Wanted to walk out from how rude he was, but I had to stay because I needed the TSA pre-check and made an appointment. Never come here, and don't accept this Rude man's disrespect!!
