Jose, the manager of this WLA store on Olympic & Sawtelle was AMAZING. He was so patient with my comedy of errors. First, this manager was working as a cashier to keep the line flowing and minimize the wait. He answered my many questions (right size of pants? which pair was cuter to him?). Then we both realized I needed my phone to pull up my latest rewards! I left my phone in my car on the 2nd floor (horror). He said he would wait for me and hold the transaction. He did and I returned. Then the most recent rewards I pulled up on my mobile had been used. (Burning more of Jose’s time). I had to log in, create a new PW to access my truly latest reward on the store site (ugh) to finally complete this transaction. Jose was an angel, he never lost his cool (I did numerous times). I told him he was an angel, so patient. Rare and exceptional service. He was not even trying, a natural. And his team was also nice and helpful. Thank you, Jose!!!Btw, my phone turned out to be in my shopping bag on me, not in my car, ay dios!

I am having a great time shopping at Marshall's here in Sawtelle. The store is super clean. Wilton was my cashier and he is awesome. I always meet here with my neighborhood friends while shopping. Everything is always so organized and convenient. Always find great stuff

This location had everything I was looking for and more. I found a beautiful skirt and top sweater set. The store is clean and organized. My cart was filled with so many good buys. Don’t forget the clearance sections of each department. Good parking. Definitely going back.

This Marshall's is great when it comes to the selection of things. Not messy, is clean and well organized. A lot to choose from. Restrooms available and are clean. For service, I'd say they can do better. Cashier didn't even say hello, didn't talk, just told me the total and that's it. Didn't even offer a bag for my things. Didn't hear a have a nice day either. Great place for selection, but just don't expect greetings or friendly service.
