“Coinhub Bitcoin ATM was inside of this store. I tried other machines but this one allowed be to purchase my bitcoin instantly and I received my bitcoin after 30 minutes of waiting for my APP wallet confirmation. I got a text receipt right away when I put my cash in the machine which showed the blockchain transaction id so I knew it was coming to my bitcoin wallet. Good experience with this Coinhub company for bitcoin atms.”

“Highly recommend this bank and this branch. This branch of Bank of America is certainly way more different than any other banking branch I have ever been. The branch manager Jack, went above & beyond. Not even he helped me get started with BofA he also helped me get my first credit card with BofA as well. He made sure my mobile banking is up & running. Indeed he helped me use my phone at the ATM. I have been dealing with fraud situation at Wells Fargo where instead of helping me get my money back they made it harder for me to protect my identity and my Financials. So leaving them and joining BofA changed my perspective about banking.”

“What an awesome bunch of guys! They made sure that everything we needed packed and moved was taken care of. My family seriously didn't have to lift a finger. When we put our house on the market we had no idea that it would sell so quickly and so we had to move as fast as possible. They were able to work with our last minute request. When the movers arrived they were hard working and genuinely nice to be around. If we had done the work ourselves I'm sure it would have been absolute chaos so I'm so glad we had this company on our tem. I will definitely be using them again. It was an absolute pleasure.”

“My husband and I were in Santa Monica and we wanted to work out of a cafe. With a quick yelp search, we found a capital one cafe nearby ! The ambiance was very welcoming and we were able to get a private nook and were able to get some work done. Luckily my husband had a capital one venture X card so we decided to utilize the benefits and got our beverages for 50% off. I got their lavender honey latte and my husband got the mocha. We also got a chocolate croissant. I was super excited about the lavender latte, given it is my favorite flavor. My husband really liked his coffee. Mine was nice too but it was not as hot as I would have liked it to be unfortunately. The croissant was very average and we ended up discarding it because it was cold and eggy. However, given how nice this place is for the ambiance and the coffee, I think I would still recommend checking it out, especially if you are looking to work out of a cafe and need some privacy!”

“Absolutely love Gelsons! I usually shop at another location but I do come to this one occasionally. I was shopping there this weekend and experienced such great experience that I felt inclined to write a review. I had a rotisserie chicken that was leaking out of my cart and dripping on the floor. My fault for putting it in my cart at an angle. The employee stopped to let me know and refused to let me help him clean it up. He didn't once make me feel bad even though I felt it was my fault. Bless his heart! When I was leaving the store a female employee grabbed my cart for me so I didn't have to walk it all the way back. Yes. The prices are higher here, but the quality of the food and the customer service is FAR better than any other grocery store in LA! Thank you Gelsons for keeping me well fed and happy while I'm shopping!”

“Not maybe the most glamorous location, but the service is great. I had no debit card, my old one expired, so could not make an ATM deposit of a stack of cash. I went in and deposited the cash, the teller was very kind. She also ordered me a new debit card. This location is only open M thru F, 9 to 5. Parking is convenient though. It's amazing to me that US Bank has not gone away with time and been absorbed by one of the bigger fish - I worked in the financial industry for a long time and while the days when they were really popular are far in the past, well...they are well-capitalized enough to remain in the race. I know almost nobody who has a US Bank account these days but myself, I've always had one in addition to a few other ones. I've never had a dissatisfying experience with their bank EXCEPT in the days when they used to charge monthly fees for checking accounts and big bucks for a box of checks. Well, nobody uses checks anymore, and for 12 years now I've had one of their credit cards that at one time I got a lot of cash back rewards for (5% back for hotel stays was nice.) Everyone should bank with US Bank!”

So helpful with setting up an account and helping me with an app. Kind and patient and so professional yet down-to-earth. “I had to wire some money to a company quickly. I've never done it before, so I walked into this branch and noticed immediately there was a considerably lengthy line of people waiting to handle their standard banking transactions. So, I lined up with the others. Without even asking for assistance, Mr. Ismael Bustamante walked up to me as I was waiting in the line of people. He asked what I needed to accomplish at the bank that day. I explained I needed to do a wire transfer/payment. He told me to follow him to his desk. Once there, he filled out the paperwork . He handled everything and it went through smoothly. Mr. Bustamante's customer service and professionalism were a big PLUS since I didn't know one thing about how to complete the paperwork necessary for the transaction. He's an incredible asset to Citibank and I recommend looking for him if you need to perform anything outside of your normal baking transactions!!!”

“Local in-store branch US Bank with ATM just passed the Lottery, Coinstar and animal plush crane drop machines.Open 6 days a week, including Saturdays until 4pm... Pre-pandemic in-store branches were open on Sundays as well, but with mobile banking and even atm features improving every year there's definitely not as much of an urgency for in-person bank services, however this branch is definitely there to help.Some of my favorite tellers in Los Angeles, very personable, efficient and friendly and willing to help.This location is inside the Ralph's on Van Nuys & Burbank Blvd just before the pharmacy. The line, if any usually forms along the isle land for either a tell or the ATM.”

“We love this Arco AMPM and go there whenever we are nearby and need gas or my grandson wants a snack.The exterior and interior is kept super clean and restrooms are available for customers. They have a large selection of junk food, from sodas to candy and muffins. They also have donuts and all sorts of gum and pastry products. They also sell that one thing you really need and forgot to get while on vacation. The service is ever so nice. They go out of their way to keep the line moving and smile at the same time. They know everything in the store and they are also pretty good at giving directions.This Arco is right off the 405 Freeway and near the airport. You will feel safe here.”
