“I was desperately trying to find somebody to re-cane a beautiful mid century chair that my cats had torn to shreds. I searched high and low, and couldn't find anyone to fix it, until a vintage shop in Atwater recommended this place. I am so excited and happy that they did. I brought my chair in and they gave me a very reasonable estimate. The owner and the people that work there are very friendly, but more importantly, they do amazing work. My chair looks absolutely stunning! It looks exactly like it looked before my cats got to it. This place is amazing!”

“First time visiting the store and got some great deals! Very nice and friendly staff. They also had a great clearance area where I managed to find some Schmincke soft pastels for $1 a stick, just WOW! Nice Velour papers and plenty of pastel pencils to choose from. “What I do any other person can do. Taking time for myself, and winding down, and getting creative with Art work type projects to have a certain look in my home is a pleasure for me, most especially when our California rainy season hits. So, I gear up with wooden projects that I incorporate with paper. I typically paint on card stock and canvas however, sometimes the artwork I find on paper is exactly what I could have imagined painting. I will show an example.”

“Even with the new law forbidding retail of flavoured vapes, this is one of THE finest smoke shops. Unfortunately, they had to get rid of all of their flavored material (& I will never forget this place for having every Flum flavour imaginable... the good old days, at this point). However! They have a thousand other products even outside of smoking culture & habits, like supplement blends, CBD gummies at different concentrations, a middle compartment (a glass case) of pocket knives (some are like, really cute), body jewelry including nose hoops/studs & hoop earrings, sodas, INCENSE in great quantity, and more! I even saw, behind the counter next to the cigarettes, some product called "stop opioid abuse." It might be some type of product to help wean patients off the use of opiates, which is huge. The employees here are always so amicable & chill. I've never waited in a line longer than one person, & the employees are so welcoming that you just naturally get into conversation with them. Still one of my favourite smoke places ever! So neat, clean, & organized! Thank you!”

“The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had no issues finding the large newsprint paper or drawing pads. Everything I needed was in stock. They also offer student discounts so you really get your money's worth. The parking on the side is a bit tight but there's more parking behind the building.”

Even though there is so much to see, the store is well organized and well staffed. I'll be making this place a regular stop wherever they are located when I'm in town. “Decent Michaels location, nice shopping center with its own free lot, not the easiest to navigate, but still. The actual store is nice, big, well stocked, pretty easy to navigate. I am not a crafty kind of girl, but I enjoy browsing, see what's new and shop for home decor or photo albums (yes, I still buy those!). I needed a vase kind of a container for a small project and it was easy to find. Nice customer service, better than other locations, no problem using their coupons. Fun place to shop at!”
“Get sourced at Paper Source, this stationary, card, gift and more store is located on the Southwest corner of Ventura Blvd and Vantage Avenue across from Starbucks and near a lot of shops and familiar businesses like Salt & Straw, Union Bank, Barnes & Noble, the CVSs and more in the city of Studio City.I stop in once an a while usually for small gift items for friends or fam, but often forget they sell some art supplies, miscellaneous barware items and even a few plants here. It can get a little price competitive, but they do have good deals around holidays for certain things and even back to school sales. I'd say while the price is probably not right (because it's high and marked up compared to places who offer some of what they carry), the quality is crazy right!! Anything you purchase will and does last you.The service is always friendly and the store is immaculate! Parking in the area is a lot of street with limited parking behind them off Vantage in a small lot.”
“I love this location compared to the three I've been to and I have to say that my experience last Thursday was excellent. 03/14/24 I was browsing the store looking for random ideas to buy a co worker for fun and ran into Vincent in the isles and he was so polite and greatful for a simple conversation. He asked all the right questions on helping me find items. He was fantastic and on my way out the door he remembered my name and told me to have a good one. :)”
