The staff has stopped selling and preparing pizza in the early morning hours, around 4:30 to 5 AM. When I mentioned to the new clerk that I've been purchasing a Monster Energy Drink and two slices of pepperoni pizza every weekday for the past three years, he dismissively replied, "I don't care." I am shocked and have significantly reduced my visits to 7-11 to only when absolutely necessary. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the employees there treat the homeless terribly. I am deeply disturbed by their callous disregard for ACTUAL REAL HUMAN BEINGS in dire need.

False pricing, they have their milk listed for 2.79 but they will charge you 3.79. Employees are lazy to change the price or at least apologise for the incorrect pricing. I would avoid this place.

I was about to enter the store, and first wanted to throw something in an outdoor trash can that was covered with a white sweatshirt. I didn't want to touch it, so I entered the store and told an older Asian (the operative word) male cashier about the trash can blocked with a shirt. HE HIDEOUSLY YELLED AT ME TO USE ANOTHER TRASH CAN. A HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE! OH, HOW RARE THAT IS AT 7-11... NOT!I tossed a little bag into the other trash can, reentered the 7-11 store, and planned to buy two large bottles of soda and a roll of paper towels. At the front counter I asked the two male cashiers if I could have a napkin as I have a little cold. One cashier did not reply, and THE ASIAN CASHIER YELLED AT ME AGAIN. I GOT THE HELL OUT OF THAT DISGUSTING STORE WITHOUT BUYING ANYTHING, NEVER TO RETURN! NEVER! STOP HIRING BAD EMPLOYEES, TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH KINDNESS OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS, 7-11! JUST GET THE HELL OUT!

A short, male, Hispanic employee RUDELY ignored me and kept me waiting at a cash register as he took cell phone pictures and sipped soda with a big group of kids with BIG trays and a bucket filled with colored ice. I LEFT ALL THE ITEMS I WAS GOING TO BUY AND EXITED THE STORE EMPTY-HANDED.I RECENTLY SAW THE SAME EMPLOYEE PLACING A PIZZA ON A PIECE OF PAPER THAT HE TOUCHED WITH HIS UNWASHED BARE HANDS THAT HAD TOUCHED DIRTY MONEY!I PREVIOUSLY WROTE...VERY KIND EMPLOYEE DELFINO HELPED ME GREATLY TONIGHT, 4/21/2023, RESTORING MY FAITH IN HUMANITY AND THIS 7-11 STORE. THANK YOU, DELFINO!☺️

I worked for 4 days in the office building next door, so I popped in 4 times for Diet Cokes, a Slurpee, ice cream pints, and to my amazement, Cadbury chocolate bars! I've never seen authentic Irish chocolate bars at a 7-11 in America! This was a first, so I bought and ate these 3! Staff was friendly. Store was clean and organized. Slurpee machine had my fav flavors. Only 4 stars as the prices were significantly higher than my usual 7-11s in Chicago. But overall a very nice place to grab snacks during my shifts in Brentwood.

One of the the older female clerks is so rude !! You can't ask her anything without her walking away angrily. I have no desire to ever see her again. That lady needs to be retrained asap !

All 7 eleven stores almost carry the same products what distinguishes them is their service and hygiene.My neighborhood 7 Eleven store is exceptionally clean and tidy at all times and staff are so friendly kind and caring.Keep up the good work.

Front clerk talking on his personal cell phoneSaw my redeem coupon for a small coffee(which I earned!) scanned everything turned the small inout screen around as much as he could started typing his own phone number in the screen I said hey WHAT ARE YOU DOING?he smiled and said" oh its ok I do it for you."WHAT THE ????? !!!!!!THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY I OWE HIM $1.98Please rewind and watch the store video 7:15-745pm this evening.when I disputed he raised his voice threw his hands in the arm and shoved the item at meLike HERE TAKE IT!! With a very angry disgusted face.Trust me I didnt take it or will I ever anything else from this 7 eleven.So called "convenient neighborhood" store!

While you can get all the normal convenience store items here, it feels dangerous to walk in based on the crowd that gathers out front. I prefer to go to Ralph's for anything I need.

It’s very important that I use my hard earned money at companies that have morals close to mine. Now I clearly see that 7-Eleven was not sincere in its commitment because it no longer exists. This is unacceptable! Cages that confine chickens should go.
