Not open 24 hours a day, random new guy ties doors closed with trash bags in middle of night. Guy walks around headphones in, tells customers store is closed. Been living across the street from the store for three years, not sure why all of a sudden this dude is deciding to tie the doors shut.

I am absolutely convinced these guys are turning their lights on way way way too brightly! That's the only thing I can say in their defense as to why they are quite literally marked up 50% more expensive with everything including like donuts that are a dollar at any other convenient store in the world. As far as I'm concerned they charge two dollars that's 100% mark up! Everything else has like a dollar attitude for whatever reason I can't understand! Without a doubt the most expensive 7-Eleven I've ever seen the guys greedy or he's having electric bill issues because he needs to brighten the place up or something I don't know. Unbelievable you got to see it to believe it someone took a vantage of the inflation as far as I'm concerned! Crazy.

Staff is rude. Its also overpriced. They don't honor the 711 membership discounts.

Guys were great. One young man was training another sweet gentleman who was giving his all to learning all speaking English. Like the cashier with dimples

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a 7-11 but here we are. Cashiers are rude, and they leave promotions in windows that they don't honor.

I never liked the vibe in this store and had stopped going there. Then, I had a winning lottery ticket with a $10. prize. It stayed in my purse for a few weeks. One day when I was close by the 7eleven, I decided to cash it in there. I bought 5 more tickets and asked for $5.00 back. A few days later, I discovered the $5.00 they gave me back was a really good fake. Check your change when you leave this store and good luck if there's a problem.

I have been to many 7-Eleven locations. This one is the worst by a fair margin. I used to go there almost daily, but I'm done with them. To start, the employees are just the worst. When I make a purchase, I feel like I am annoying them and interrupting their day. Beyond that, the store is just filthy. The floor near the soda machines was so sticky I had trouble getting my shoes free. And finally, they have used the pandemic (I assume) as an excuse to jack up prices. You can check it for yourself. A cup of noodles that sells for 89 cents at the grocery store and $1.39 at any other 7-Eleven? It's $2.99 here. And they have jacked EVERYTHING they can (i.e., everything that doesn't come with a price-tag pre-applied by 7-Eleven corporate). I suggest you stay away from this godawful location. There's another 7-11 literally two blocks away, on the north side of Santa Monica, where the parking is much easier. Or one on Wilshire at Federal, about 1/2 mile away.

The people that work here are genuinely good. Much respect for this establishment! Recommend with the ABSOLUTE highest regard because of their TOP-NOTCH customer service! Let's rally and bless up this 7-eleven. Came at 4:30pm (for you to know which shift is good vibes)

They are friendly and happy to help. But, they always skip allowing you to redeem your rewards points and since they are a busier store, they rush through transactions. Plus, there always seems to be homeless people in front of the store.
