Recently I visited the Z & V store in Los Angeles. I had purchased a suit at another Los Angeles location and was seeking to exchange the jacket for a different size. I was treated with absolute disdain once the sales woman realized that I was not there to buy another item, but only wanted to exchange the jacket. First, she said that I could not exchange the item because it didn't have tags on it. When pressed by me, she looked it up and verified that I had, in fact, bought the item at the Beverly Hills Z & V. I thought that would solve the problem but she then informed me that she would have to speak to a manager who was taking a "break" and she had no idea how long it would be but told me to come back in an hour. I did just that. I was then told that the manager went home but that she said I could not exchange the jacket. Now, the salesperson claimed that there was "a stain" and that was the reason that we couldn't exchange the jacket. There was absolutely no stain, nor had I ever taken it out of the garment bag it came in. The sales woman was rude and disrespectful, offering no solutions or constructive help. I will never shop here again and would suggest you think twice before going to a store that would treat customers so poorly.

Amazing store with excellent services! Store team here has great aesthetics and provide professional services that make you want to go back. The beautiful store manager and Taylor and everyone working in this store are genuinely great, creative and really helping their customers to find what they need. I'm a fan of Zadig & Voltaire and the people here enhance the beauty of this brand! I've always have very pleasant experience shopping here. Comparing to other location and Bloomingdales. I would only recommend to shop at this location. Street parking is easy. You'll have a great time coming here.

To: Zadig & Voltaire Corporate Management As an individual who values buying designer brands, such as Zadig & Voltaire, what I appreciate as much as the clothes and accessories, is the professionalism of the staff, which make the buying experience pleasurable and pleasant. To me, Richie, the Manager of your Los Angeles store, 8640 Sunset Blvd West Hollywood Los Angeles CA 90069, is the consummate professional, who does his utmost to meet the customer's needs, and accommodate the customer's issues. I could not be happier with every aspect of the seamless sales experience I had with Richie. Richie is a credit and an asset to Zadig & Voltaire. He exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Richie and Zadig & Voltaire to ALL individuals wishing to purchase your beautiful clothes, accessories, and professional services. What makes Richie exceptional, in this day and age, is his commitment to act courteous, respectful, diligent, thorough, etc etc while handling the sales process expeditiously. Most Sincerely & Appreciative Simi Jilek

Stopped in today to check new styles and Bronwyn was there and helped us. She took the time to explain to us the history of the brand Z&V which dates back to France. It was lovely. A nice chat and introduction to the brand, and staff - who was over the top professional. When I'm getting styled I want it to be by an expert in custom, exclusive, gallery fashion pieces, like Bronwyn. Bravo! 5 star

Beautifully curated store. Very clean. The Zadig and Voltaire brand of clothing has very nicely made and wonderfully crafted pieces. The brand is originally from Paris, and you know Parisians have style! This is the brand that the "cool girl" would wear. I especially love their sweaters and blazers. It is much hipper and chicer and edgier than other luxury brands but similar in quality. Although the prices are a bit high end, they are pieces you will have forever because they are timeless and well-made and age-less. The brand is carried at Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus as well. The associates here are very nice and friendly and attentive. Wonderful and relaxed customer service. It is a pleasure to shop here. What I really like about this location is that it is in Sunset Plaza. There is free outdoor parking in the back with lots of spaces and a beautiful view and there are lots of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance.

A few days ago, I ordered a leather belt through this boutique since my local stores and online website were out of stock on this item. Lund is the store associate who helped me on the phone. She is the most knowledgeable and pleasant sale associate that I’ve ever talked to. She processed my order very fast and I got the shipping notification in a few hours. Overall, I love Z&V for the quality of the goods and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

This is a cute boutique that replaced the former Bailey 44 store- over at the newer part of "UTC/La Jolla mall," in San Diego, California (Located off La Jolla Village Drive, across from Din Tai Fung). A worthy opponent- all things French & stylish- with a broader selection than what they sell in their brand @ Nordstrom's or Bloomingdale's. Spacious & dog-friendly, they've only been open since the September 4th time-frame. The prices are higher b/c it is a French Designer, but the rows of clothing on racks are fun to peruse. Here you will find a gem for going out w/ your masks (or in the case of quarantine- nice work-wear for staying in -while you look good for those Zoom & Microsoft Team meetings). I had my eye on their military green long trench jacket that will be a future splurge. But for now, I opted for the more affordable black tee with the positive message of "Girls Can Do Anything," which pairs well with black leather pants I own or any nice denim in one's wardrobe.I love supporting smaller boutique stores because you can find unique pieces that stand out from the larger department selections that most people buy from. Today, Summer and Doug assisted me; I hope more people will visit the shop as the heat wave subsides, and the fall weather welcomes more of their French attire.

I just recently found out about this Paris-based brand when I was searching for a stainless-steel, bracelet style watch, and I must say I am a fan. When I found out that they have a boutique at Beverly Hills, I was thrilled! When I walked into the store, the worker politely greeted me and they told me to look around, told me what was going on (as far as sales goes) and didn't follow me around the store, like some other expensive boutiques do, but they were there to assist me when I needed the help. Some cool things that is going on about this brand is that they have a collaboration with Erin Wasson now and although the pricing are very high end, it was worth my time to look around the store. This brand has a very punk-ish, vintage style clothing mixed with nice basics which is what I like. I find that their style is unique and kind of hard to find anywhere else. However I don't think their pricing are justified even with their great style, since it's overpriced due to the fact that it is imported from Paris. I did end up getting the watch that I wanted since I loved the style and the price wasn't so bad compared to other brands such as Michael Kors and I am very satisfied with my purchase. It's design is simple, clean-cut, yet modern and It's one of my favorite watches that I own. Overall my experience at this shop was excellent and I would definitely go back and visit even though I probably won't be buying anything.

I was treated with incredible courtesy and frankly amazing attentiveness by a tall, extremely beautiful blonde salesperson at this store. She was knowledgeable and very well versed in the various materials and styles available in the ZV catalogue, she was even able to tell me about some pieces that I later bought online. She pointed out a few things that I was surprised to see looked really good on me as well, things I would have never bought by myself. I will definitely be coming back to this store, I really cannot stress the difference good customer service makes! Thanks again!
