Awful experience. One single teller and a very long line. The teller was so slow too- maybe if there's a line out the door you shouldn't be offering customers to sign up for additional things that you probably get commission off of. The biggest turn off was that the teller needed change and she went to the glass consult office where her manager was in with another manager. The manager was "in a meeting" and couldn't assist the teller in getting change. So she told the customer to wait or they have to come back. I've never heard of such a thing!!! This place is terrible. Find another location.

The worst branch! Avoid! I waited 25 min in line to make a wire payment. And when I got to the counter they said the person who does wires isn't in for three more hours. They said to try another branch. I asked if they could call another branch to make sure someone was there to help and they couldn't get any one at another branch to answer the phone. Final straw- moving banks.

Waited 30 minutes just to make a cash deposit. I closed my business and put up a sign "will reopen in 5 mins". Now we're missing customers and losing money because Wells Fargo doesn't want to hire enough staff. They are the worst bank, I wouldn't be going here if my employer didn't use it. I'd avoid Wells Fargo, they don't respect your time or your business.

Avoid this branch at all cost. I'd give it a zero if I could. They told me to sit til someone assists me. Nobody has spoken or even looked at me for 20min. There is literally one customer every 5min and even though it's empty I'm just sitting here waiting for someone to gather the energy to help me. Apparently everybody is at lunch all the time. This place sucks.

This branch is brutally slow. Like going to the post office or dmv slow - probably slowest bank I've ever seen. Was two people in line in front of me and took 20 minutes to talk to teller. Plenty of tellers but they mostly seemed to chat with each other and mill about. Thankfully this isn't the main branch I go to. If it was I'd find a new bank.

It is embarrassing how awful this Wells Fargo branch is. There has been a malfunction with the ATM's weekly for the longest time. The tellers constantly give out incorrect information. Most recently I had to go in 4 times for the same check because the tellers didn't know what she was doing. Management is no help at all and usually just appears as a deer caught in headlights. I do not feel confident with this bank handling my accounts and tried to close them today but there is no one capable of doing that on Saturdays but at no time has anyone ever said this. Stay far away from this branch on Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood.

This branch used to be one of the best I have ever used. The tellers, managers even the security used to be cheerful and helpful. Something changed in the past couple of years. It's almost as if we are bothering them by banking there. Very disappointing.

If you would like to have your very own "Dawn of the Dead" experience then this is the bank for you. Most of the tellers look dead behind the eyes. Most of them have zero personality and treat you like you've interrupted their day even though they don't seem to be doing much more than staring into the distance when a customer arrives. The bank is rarely busy so I'm not sure what the issue is. Maybe they're not paid enough? I don't know what the issue is but it's time to take my business elsewhere. Not that anyone here will care.

This location is so trash. I don't even know where to beginTODAY: I went to withdraw cash. All 3 ATMs weren't even working. I go in and wait in line. Security guard had me standing in all different locations. "Here". "No, here".To top it off...... a banker..... WHICH YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, went out of his way, got out of his cubicle and came to the line. I was first. Didn't even acknowledge me. A HISPANIC towards ANOTHER HISPANIC. Verguenza. Straight up.He asks the white guy behind me what he needs help with. I obviously make gestures like "wtf" and STILL no one acknowledged me. I still had to wait in line.This HISPANIC guy FURTHER had the audacity to ask me if I would like him to file a complaint for me. FOR WHAT? What difference does that make?I never really had great experiences here. Maybe I can count by fingers from one hand on the good experiences I've had. But this by far tops the worst. I'm upset. And I was on my break. From a Hispanic to another Hispanic: deja de lamber verga guey. Stop kissing ass.It's 2021. You shouldn't be in the position to be doing that........if you are. Get another job. Your superiors do not care about you.
