“In the morning, My husband called the front desk asking about vintage stores in LA, because I am a big fan. They did their research and texted everything to our phone. When we came back in the afternoon, they put an envelope at our door, I opened it, they printed everything on a paper. Oh my god, I feel sooo appreciated and soo loved. I stayed in many nice hotels, but this one is beyond everything else!!!!! Will never forget about this!”

“The Lot at Formosa is a hidden gem tucked into the heart of Hollywood. Located at the bustling intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and North Formosa Avenue in West Hollywood, The Lot is a Studio that offers a creative platform for TV show, film, commercial, or photo shoot at a full-service production studio.The Lot has about 11 acres of production space and is steeped in history. Built in 1918 by Jesse D. Hampton, this simple film studio has grown into an impressive and expansive facility that boasts 10 sound stages, full-service post-production sound company, and a full-service restaurant and catering company focused on quality ingredients.I worked on a production here for about 3 weeks, and one of the thing that I liked was the secured parking, which put my mind at ease knowing my car was in good hands, having keycard access was a plus. The Lot is perfect for not only filming, but also for hosting events like Oscar parties, fundraisers, weddings, and bar mitzvahs. The Lot at Formosa offers a distinctive experience for a wide array of ceremonies and celebrations.The studio itself was nice and clean, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner of the facility. It's no wonder that The Lot has been a go-to spot for many Hollywood productions over the years. I would highly recommend The Lot to anyone in need of a top-notch production studio. Overall, my experience at The Lot was nothing short of exceptional.”

“The quality has certainly dwindled over the years and the exclusive club has become more mainstream as it tries to appease it's shareholders rather than it's members. There were times in the 2010s where there were more celebrities in there than regular folk. Those days are long gone.Last visit, I bumped into a crowd -possibly invited for dinner- who were calling each other by yelling across the room, wearing "untuckit" shirts over straight-legged jeans. Something you would have never encountered 10 years ago.There is also so much rotation in the management, staff and bartenders that you have to wonder why nobody wants to stay and be loyal to the brand?I yet gave it 4 stars, because it still resembles qualities that most places don't offer and the view is still spectacular.”

“Beautifully decorated restaurant, comfortable booth seating, good service and drinks. All the food was delicious but the coconut shrimp roll was a little bland. The rest of the appetizers were amazing and everyone enjoyed their entrée. There was a $25 service charge, which was not gratuity on the check which I did not see noted on the menu, but I did not question it. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would return.”

“I had the best experience with the politeness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff here. I came to make a brief visit in the area and meet friends, and the Kimpton La Peer hotel provided a welcome, polished respite from the busy streets.I was impressed by the front desk staff in the evening who were very attentive and helpful as we got our cars. The kindness of Amani was off the charts (I may have misheard their name as Amari or viceversa) but they really helped me out with local directions and just a great friendly attitude. Please give Amani a raise for curtesy and friendliness! I know where to go when I want to visit West Hollywood now!”
