I had the same terrible experience this morning with the same woman that is being mentioned in the other recent reviews. She got so upset that she said "I'm not dealing with you", got up and left her work station. My best advice is print your own labels and don't deal with the lady who works there.

Like everyone else in the reviews, I had a terrible experience with the same woman everyone else mentioned here. She’s black with some gray in her hair as others have mentioned. Would barely let me get a word out, i waited in line and wanted to ask one question and she cut me off at every opportunity to just point at a sign. And rudely said “how many times do i have to tell you” while she continued to point at a sign irreverent to my issue and without even looking up at me. Why is she not fired yet?

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Unprofessional staff, rude, bitter and no helpful at all. They should take classes in customer services and relations ?

I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location in West Hollywood, 1125 N Fairfax Ave. The staff were unhelpful and rude, and one employee, in particular, made an extremely offensive and racist comment. She told me to 'go back to my country,' which was not only unprofessional but deeply hurtful. Such behavior is unacceptable.

It takes so little to set them off. If you request anything or ask something that they're not in the mood to answer, they refuse to help you. If one doesn't help, the rest go in the back and won't come out. Anyone standing in line will not be helped either.
The one thing they enjoy is to yell at you at the top of their lungs saying the same thing over and over hoping as many people as possible hear how smart they appear to be and how stupid we are even making up a story. I never hardly said a word or even raised my voice. It appears what set her off is me saying I wished she could at least see or understand what happened. She could have helped me, I chose to repay for postage and not have to come back for a 4th time. That I never raised my voice and she needed to bring out her phone and act like I was a problem because I was waiting for another worker to help. The other worker also refused to help me. Then she said she was calling the Postal police. This was so over the top. I wasn't in anyway doing anything to warrant this. It feels like she was at the edge about something. People have a bad day. It felt like she needed to make sure I would have one too.

I would give it 0 stars if i could. Your staff sucks, theyre unprofessional and id rather spend 10 hours in line at the DMV than come here again.

I’ve never ever seen a more miserable group of employees. Beyond rude and not helpful. I’ve never been so frustrated anywhere else. Wow. 10/10 do NOT recommend

I’ve never been treated so badly for no reason. Came in to ask some questions for mailing an important document and genuinely needed help with figuring out the right way to send the mail i need- sounds like all my questions just made the lady here upset and both the 2 women working were awful to me because I needed help. I’ve hardly used usps before. I don’t know what I’m doing. And i was treated horrible, they almost refused to help me. Wild reading all these past reviews, even from years ago, this woman is famous! Definitely further reporting this issue. So crazy that these women are in customer service when they clearly hate people.

Short staffed and over worked. I paid for my PO Box to be renewed but they haven't unlocked it in months. I tried calling their direct number and they never answer the phone.I've switched all of my services to the larger post office on Beverly and Fairfax and they are great. I suggest you consider that as well.

On top of that they engage in illegal discrimination. There’s a sign posted that only service animals that can enter premises are those that accompany blind or deaf. What about people with other disabilities??? You’re kidding me? This place should be sued for blatant discrimination.
