The United States Postal Service on N Doheny Avenue delivered an absolutely exceptional experience, defying expectations. When a package I ordered online didn't arrive despite the tracking indicating delivery, I reached out to the company, ESTY. Their immediate response seemed to suggest detachment, anticipating a potential claim.Deciding to visit the nearby post office, I encountered Evelyn, a remarkably polite and helpful lady. Providing her with the tracking number, she conducted preliminary investigations, suspecting issues with the delivery. Despite the driver having left for the day, Evelyn proactively contacted his supervisor, ensuring a resolution.Anticipating an empty promise, I was astounded when Evelyn called me on Saturday morning, just as she promised. She explained that the package was misaddressed, likely at a different location. Skeptical yet hopeful, I ventured to the indicated address, and to my astonishment, the package awaited me.The diligence and dedication displayed by Evelyn and the postal service team were unparalleled. Evelyn's proactive approach, coupled with her genuine concern for customer satisfaction, exemplified exceptional service.This experience stands as a testament to the unwavering commitment of the United States Postal Service in ensuring customer satisfaction. Great and quick service without any issues. The one star review majority had me hesitant to go here but my experience was just fine. I only came to ship something with a QR code so maybe I got lucky? Lol

Tried going here today - location didn’t bother to open, seemingly due to no staff. When they are open they are always shorthanded though service is usually ok.I know most post offices are run down but this one is especially beat up. The one on 3rd in Beverly Hills (barely a half mile away) is far nicer.

Full disclosure, I don't leave 4 or 5 star reviews for ANY business. Offering 5-star service and ensuring customer satisfaction is what they should aim for and it is expected. This place is across the street from my apartment. If you want to deal with miserable clerks who hate their jobs, don't care about people and think they are better than you, this is the perfect place to visit. Absolutely disgusted by the attitudes.

The clerk seems to be very unhappy with her job because she makes sure to let everyone in line know. . .Don't come when it says they open because it's not true. . .be prepared to wait up to 20 minutes past the posted time on an ordinary day. . .my sister is a postmaster, and this is just not the way the usps operates. . .the post office in Fairfax and Santa Monica is much more reliable. . .

They've somehow managed to lose 3 registered mail sent that were paid fro. The one woman pretended to not have received an item because she didn't want to bring out the large box. Another employee got it for me when I insisted I was there and showed them the proof.

I came here to get an issue resolved with a package delivery to be geotracked. James went above and beyond to help out. His supervisor was also helpful. I would recommend this location. Super nice staff and very clean, and air conditioned branch. Parking is metered on Doheny or side streets that accept cards or coins.

Tiny old and worn out place that has not been updated in many years. Sad to have this place as an example of the USPS in an upscale neighborhood.Slow service and NO parking.

I ship packages from this location frequently and have never had an issue. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and my packages are tracking within a few hours.

My experiences with this office are usually fine, but if this office is going to close early on Saturdays ‘just cause,’ then they should just operate during the workweek.It makes no sense to have posted operating hours and not adhere to them. If I need to mail something off and can do so before 2pm, I should be able to do that.

I sent one of this package the big one to Dubai on October 13 th as i piad cash $300 so i think the black aftican girl who put the information she put it wrong and I don’t have the receipt, I didn’t get this package until today November 1st 2022, the other package also get lost and it sent from N maple location after having an issue with a lady she said she has experience for over 30 years , this both ladies let lose my packages and i’m not sure whr is it at now and there is a lot of important stuff in it for me and my wife. This service from the 2 gurls was the worst I’ve seen ever in my life.After looking for the tracking number this is whag it says , she sent it to Canada , i swear i knew something will happen because she’s wasn’t right.Upon checking again it says label created not yet In system, you did horrible job guys , you failed shipping my package, you are the worst compny iv ever seeen in my whole life
