I purchased the lovely Maui print of Lahaina. The print came badly wrapped the top and the right side are totally white. wow the left and bottom are overwrapped. I sent the pictures to customer service and they said oh yes we will replace it. Two weeks later I got a text from them basically saying since the front was OK they weren't going to replace it. I am very disappointed. I could no longer hang it where I wanted to because the white shows and looks totally bad. The printed self is lovely but the rap was done very very poorly. The print cost me about $100 and I will probably not keep it.

For a whole week they could not read my letter. Four times I sent a screenshot with a request to explain why the site considers the payment incorrect. To which I was told that they did not have time to argue with me. They say the cost is one, in fact it turns out to be completely different.

Moved into a new place and wanted some posters for the walls, these guys were reasonable about the prices and highly knowledgeable about the printing process. Everyone working here was so friendly, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was right.
