Great friendly service. I’ve had a mailbox here for nearly a decade. I’ve never had shipments lost. I can call and check on my mailbox and process payments over the phone when I am traveling. The guys are attentive.

Instead of providing assistance, the individual raised their voice and refused to listen to my concerns, forcing me to leave the store without completing the transaction.This experience has left me feeling unsafe and uneasy about utilizing UPS services in the future. Not thrilled with my experience today.After presenting a delivery notice to the employee at this UPS store.I am being told, he can’t do anything for me without a tracking number, I insist the tracking is written on the notice.After finally entering the tracking number he says that my package doesn’t show up on the system, and that was the end of my less than stellar customer service.I go across the street to CVS who is an authorized UPS delivery location, the CVS cashier was able to use the tracking number and tell me where is my package and when it will be delivered.⭐️one star for UPS for being total slackers⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars for CVS cashier for giving me a simple easy clear service

I love this store. They’re always nice, fast, and efficient. Make sure you print out and bring your return label because otherwise they’ll charge you $2 to print it.
