It’s time to fire the skinny guy with glasses because the customer support he provides is not acceptable. Everyone in the store is extremely nice and helpful other than him! It’s the third time that we have to calm down this little manager. It’s unfortunate to see how his mood changes affect the staff too. No one should feel powerful enough to yell at their subordinates.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Eric, Zac, Daniel, Solomon and Jasmine at this location! I have a mailbox at the UPS Store and am constantly getting various packages and mail sent there -- the team always greets me with a smile, knows my mailbox number by heart, and goes above and beyond. Thank you, guys!

Very difficult experience with the owner Zorick. He said, "Welcome to the real world. Don't keep my staff there after hours." Wouldn't listen. Argumentative. Talking over me. Said his UPS Store has no relationship to UPS itself. I filed a complaint at UPS Corporate. Posted complaints on other websites. However, nothing will be done. No one at either entity cares about customer service.

Very well run. Anthony G's been helping me, and he requires 0 work for me. I show up with what I want to send and then it's neatly packed, labeled, and shipped before I know it. Makes it a breeze!

BEWARE!!! They have stolen a number of my Amazon returns. They purposely work slow so there will be a long line.... Then their scheme is to tell you to leave the return slip and box/package open so they can scan the barcode etc. and you can leave you items and theyll take care of the rest. They sure took care of my amazon return, amazon never received my items. It was about $180 worth of items. The employees here are THIEVES.

I hate to complain on the staff because I know they should be paid more. But they staff is rude. And the store charges 2$ for emails. I never seen unnecessary price gouging this bad.

I had the best experience working with Zac and Eric at UPS West Hollywood. They helped me, in Chicago, ship a cake from LA to San Francisco and were incredibly patient with me and recommended ways to make sure the cake arrived on time and in the best shape. I was so pleased with their customer service!
