This is the worst branch of USBank I have ever had experience of using. They decriminate against their own customers by making up policies as they go. Among others, this complete imbecile Ricardo was a huge disaster. Every time I was doing a transaction he insisted on checking my id. There are others, like Shiva, that know you very well and still insist on chcking your id when they have your account in front of them. It’s so insulting and demeaning. No ofher branch does business this way. And they say it’s their policy. I am seriously thinking of just dumping them. It’s a matter of convenience for me. I strongly advise potential customers to go elsewhere to avoid terrible customer service. If some tellers don’t like the way you look or speak they will make up a policy to discriminate against you. It’s unbelievable that they are still employed by US Bank to serve the West Hollywood community.

Since 2020 I was with Union Bank before US Bank took over. With the take over came "Edwin" the manager. Generally, a problem in a business operation starts at the top and trickles down. US Bank and this location is not the exception. (Apart from the previous Union Bank employees who are lovely)I first met "Edwin" when I was in the process of moving my healthy sized savings account out of US Bank to a bank I felt more confident in. I voiced this to Edwin who returned my statement with rude inflections and a condescending flare. He certainly didn't help win the case for US Bank. In fact, he acted in spite by causing issues with my safety deposit box and standing Checking account.I kept receiving "telemarketing" calls from US bank which I discovered yesterday was Edwin. My account had not gone dormant so there was NO LEGAL REASON to close any of my accounts. Plus I was traveling and far too busy for whatever reason I was being called. I recently came back to discover my checking account had been closed and my money mailed to me. Which of course causes and issue for my safety deposit box. In closing my box yesterday, Edwin, the EVER RUDE manager piped up like a child excited he put a snake in your bed, letting me know he had been the one calling and who had closed my account. This was an action done out of spite and male ego. Rather than proving why my business should be won and kept as a customer service agent would, he chose to find a sneaky way to remove me by claiming they needed my information.News alert- when you open an account- they have your information. There was no need for any of this action. I had, of course, wanted to keep my box and therefore the account associated. Since US bank has a min amount for no charges to the account, I'd have perpetually left money sitting in this account in order to maintain my box but at no account fee costs. So although not much (approx $2000 ongoing), US Bank would have benefited by having my business. That said, Edwin and US Bank have ensured that they will not be seeing my business ever again. In the mean time @usbank I suggest you review your manager at this location. I think you might have a problem. -B out.

No parking available, not even for bank customers or ATM use. There are multiple signs saying Valet, but no one present. You have to pay for parking. You are forced to walk thru a metal detector, even if you have a pacemaker and are advised not to do so. The bank may be in a nice area, but it’s the most disgusting branch I’ve ever been to

I was Discriminated by a woman named "DIANE" 7/25/23 @ 9:20am..I wad told ...The Bank could not cash my company check here because "THIS" branch has their own branch policy( not posted or written policy to be seen, She told me) .. not to cash checks for a certain amount if you dont have an account with their Bank.Even if I showed her my company CC or I.D. or other forms of I.D. Yet, my company has their money in this bank.I told her other branches have cashed my check...She said.."thats their policy!" This was the most embaressing moment..with people watching. She never looked to see if i had an account there... or asked... she just "Assumed"

This is about my experience calling customer service, not service I got in a branch. I was with Union Bank for 25 years. A couple months ago, U.S. Bank bought Union Bank. Union Bank was 5-star service - never a problem in 25 years. U.S. Bank has caused me huge frustrations on every call I've made to them (about 6 so far) trying to get their screw-ups fixed. They've been completely incompetent every time. Here's what I found: 1. The people who answer the toll-free customer service line are incompetent. 2. The people who answer the toll-free customer service line have no idea about the simplest banking questions. 3. They charged my account $10.00 for absolutely no reason. They tried to blame Union Bank but it was weeks after they took over Union Bank. I pointed that out to them and they said "Oh, yeah." It took an hour to get it credited back. 4. The web site it horribly buggy. 5. The app is just horrible. Which includes being horribly buggy. 6. Two months ago I sent an official complaint about a bug in the app. I got an email reply several weeks later saying, basically, "Yeah, we know. We're working on it." It's been a month since I got that email and today, the problem was still there. I'm writing this while I'm on hold with a credit union getting a new account set up so I can get out of U.S. Bank.
