These days it's impossible to find someone as dedicated as Aaron at Tashman's on Santa Monica. He takes the time to explain to you exactly what tools and supplies you'll need for project and why. I get an education every time I go in there, his patience is unprecedented. Thank you.

Nice.. very updated with a retro vibe. Its tough to shop when there is no customer bathroom.. i couldnt fully shop.. got 1 of 7 things.. left to use bathroom... never went back.

Kenny and team installed a (custom-designed) door and sidelights and some locks for us. Kenny was very responsive to my requests, and design sense. (and a few quirks). He communicated necessary information (re delays, or orders) along the way, and always assured me he would make things right. He did indeed. Good workmanship is top priority for Kenny and if it didn't look right to him, he made it right. His team of workers and installers are top notch, reliable and friendly. We are thrilled with our new door, and grateful to have found the Tashman team who handled everything seamlessly.

Not really honest people imo, I double checked for an order I made, I asked confirmation about certain part of it, and 2 people assured me twice it would have been done exactly how it was showed to me. And I asked again twice on the phone.The day of the pick up, they told me that the info I got were not accurate and then gave me basically a cheaply made screen, and told me I was wrong, so much gaslight….Knowing the final result I wouldn’t had bought it, I could have paid 6 time less by doing it myself, with a similar result!Sad I really liked them I guess I learned my lesson on trusting small shop.

By far the worst customer service you will find in Los Angeles. If you are looking to buy a door you should literally look anywhere else but this. The problem isn't just with staff it starts from the owner who will actively ignore and disrespect you when you are simply trying to get updates. Avoid at all costs!
