The store is very welcoming and the window dress from the street view really converse with you...the clothes and other decor really draws you in. While in Beverly Hills, you must do as the Beverly Hills folks do, and that is to window shop...! You walk along looking at all the wonderful items...and then all of a sudden...your no longer outside, but inside of TAGS....where as I entered to get a closer look at more of this prized loot...a very friendly gentleman stopped his work and kindly spoke to me about certain selections in men attire.He was very knowledgeable and indicated he had worked as a personal shopper for a number of entertainers in the past. One I was very familiar with from a former UPN network show that I was a writer on.The young man who is named J.J. gave me a number of wonderful ideas for my wifes upcoming birthday on the 25th of September.He really assisted me by going out of his way to call my wife and direct her on how to make a boutique appointment for specialized shopping needs. He was very attentive to me and my wife on the phone and answered all of her questions and mine with details.He treated us very well. Will come back again in the future. Most definitely, my wife has set an appointment.I am very impressed with TAGS. The window decore really draws you in.

I happen to be walking down the street and glanced over to my left and into this super cute boutique! Tags! I wandered in just wanting to "browse" and ended up finding unique, cool and high-quality things that I didn't even know I needed! they have amazing candles which I bought for myself and a gift. I also got a beautiful leather handbag that I didn't even know I needed! There were so many cute pieces of clothing and accessories! Natasha who helped me out was super helpful and friendly! Next time I'm in the Beverly Hills area I am stopping in for sure!

Natasha at Tags was amazing! She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the store's inventory. She took the time to understand my preferences and helped me find the perfect outfit. This store is a breath of fresh air in the midst of Beverly Hills! A family run business with both funky and formal clothing pieces in a beautiful, vibrant, and welcoming space. Walked in not expecting to buy anything, but couldn't help leaving the store with something--totally in love with all their pieces. The owners/employees are so personable, fun, and helpful! A must-hit place when exploring Beverly Hills!

DONT GO TO THIS STORE. I went shopping here last week for the very first time and purchased two items of clothing. Decided shortly after that we no longer needed the items and would go back and return only to be told that they don't do returns! An employee then told us that "it says it on the receipt!" What kind of logic is that?! But wait, it gets better!: at the time of purchase it was stated that if you leave a Yelp review it will get you 10% off. Sounds good right? WRONG. Turns out, if you leave a review and get the 10% IT LOCKS YOU INTO A FINAL SALE. WHAT IN THE HELL KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING?! No one ever said anything about the purchase being final sale when the transaction was being made or I would have immediately left without making a purchase. TAGS, your way of doing business was sneaky, conniving, and far from appreciated. You have no business being in Beverly Hills and your policy makes it clear that you don't believe in your merchandise or else you would have a return policy or at the very least be clear about your final sale nonsense and Yelp review scam as anyone who believes in their merchandise knows returns only happen if your items are garbage. I promised you a review so here is your review. Hope you enjoy it and I promise you will never again get a dollar of my business.

This store is packed with beautiful pieces. Ellis and JT are super friendly and helpful. Me and my fiancée got a nice dress here for our wedding. Definitely will come back in the future!
