Brought in a navy blue suit with white accents that had been improperly cleaned (blue bled into the white) by another dry cleaners and Chris (owner) hand cleaned the suit for me with care. Phenomenal work and hospitality! Will never trust another cleaners again! Thank you again Chris and team!

I brought a few dresses and two pairs of pants for alterations in late 2023, and was helped by Suren and Judy, who were great. Picked them up a week later, tossed them in the back of my closet without trying them on, and forgot about them until packing for vacation two months later. When I went to try them on, I saw that one of the dresses somehow wasn’t altered, and instead of calling them first to ask what happened, I came to reviews to complain ??♀️. Despite this, Suren and his brother went out of their way to call me personally, find out what happened, and make it right. Zero defensiveness, zero passing the blame onto their tailor, just an immediate let’s fix this for you. You can’t get that kind of customer service most places these days and I really appreciate that. Plus the rest of the alterations were done beautifully, professionally, and very affordably.
Additionally, if you watch how Suren and his brother treats all their employees, it’s easy to see why Shirts N Skirts does such great business. Their work is professional, but more than anything, they’re really good people.
Five stars, no notes, and thank you for letting me be surly when the solution was so easy to begin with. They’re officially stuck with me.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Shirts ‘N Skirts for over 5 years however today is the last day I will bring them any business. They haven’t been quality controlling their work and have texted me to pick up pieces that were either not repaired at all (sewn) or poorly dry cleaned (still had odor in the arm pits) resulting in me having to return to their store to do the work originally paid for. This last time I brought in a silk shirt which I paid additional for delicate handling to receive it snagged and with abrasions. As the quality of work has declined significantly in recent months, I had to resort to checking the clothes prior to leaving their store so I wouldn’t have to return for redos. Doing this in-store check for the first time today upset their mother who happened to be there and she yelled at me profusely in Armenian. Not only was this offensive, it solidified why I will be no longer be returning.Services: Organic dry cleaning

I had an older pair of sweatpants. The zipper broke on the left leg of the pant at the ankle. I brought them into the cleaners thinking I would have to replace the zipper and pay a small fortune to salvage them. I had gone into other dry cleaners and was told the zipper could not be repaired and the replacement was going to cost me $30 or more. The gal at the front took the pants to the back of the store and came back with the zipper fixed and at no charge. This restored my faith in humanity. For all your dry cleaning needs, please go here. Dropped off my blazer 2 says ago after my girlfriend knocked a lit candle all over my blazer. These magicians were able to restore this blazer to look just good as new. Not only was all the stains gone but my jacket did not smell like any chemicals. If you are not a customer here you are definitely missing out. Friendly staff, fast turn around, and great service.
