When shopping for a mattress, it is very important to me to be able to see and try them in person if possible. So after reading so many positive reviews about Saatva mattresses, I was grateful to be able to go to the Viewing Room in West Hollywood. I visited the showroom twice before making a selection, and ending up getting something different than I thought I would choose. I had great experiences both times I visited. I do not remember the name of the very nice woman who helped me the first time, but the most recent time, I worked with Bill P., and he was great! It was a relaxed atmosphere, and I did not feel pressured or rushed in any way. I laid on several different beds, and Bill P. was very helpful as I talked through what I was looking for, what I needed, and as I finally made a decision and purchase. If you are interested in Saatva, definitely head over to the West Hollywood Viewing Room, and ask for Bill P.!

We had researched mattresses and the brand Saatva consistently was top ranked by consumers and “mattress” websites. It’s hard, at least for us, to order a mattress online sight unseen. So, to our pleasant surprise, we found that there was a Saatva store nearby us in the Greater LA area (WeHo). In visiting, we got to try out the different firmness levels and bed styles. Eventually we settled upon a king “HD” version. This reportedly is built to hold up to 1,000 lbs, which gives us plenty of room to grow (ha!). But, seriously, we wanted something that was going to last as long as possible, and this model felt the most solid (while still feeling plenty comfortable). Anyways, we made the leap (purchase) and will receive it at our house in about two weeks. By the way, our salesperson was Stephon. He was friendly, funny, informative, and was a “no pressure” kind of employee, which worked well for us.

I had a Saatva Classic mattress for 10 years, but I wanted something new that had different pressure as I'd developed different needs. After looking everywhere on the net, I came back to Saatva. I didn't know which mattress, so I went to the West Hollywood store, and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Fred Ruvalcaba handled my order and made sure I got the right pricing on the Saatva Solaire, which became my mattress of choice. Because Saatva makes your mattress to order, I had to wait a few weeks, but Fred was always there to help me and answer my questions. We had a perfect delivery, and I couldn't love this mattress more. So worth the wait. It's been everything I hoped it would be, and Fred was absolutely awesome. I would go back to him anytime, and now Saatva will always be my mattress of choice.

If you think customer service is dead, and you’re looking for a mattress…, I encourage you to wander into Saatva on Melrose. The space is gorgeous, welcoming, and smells like heaven. And while the mattresses are to die for (I ordered mine today after testing them on Friday), the customer service here is positively stellar.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Bill P., the Viewing Room Manager and Lead Sleep Guide, who was patient, kind, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, so accommodating, sweet, and funny to boot! Needless to say, he made a big impression.
I could have just ordered my mattress online after having tested it out and learned my preference, but I called Bill to do it directly through the store because dealing with him was just that wonderful. He answered every question I had and was just an absolute delight.
So if you’re thinking about finding yourself a luxury mattress at a more reasonable price on taking advantage of a superb showroom and some magnificent customer service, head over to Saatva on Melrose. You surely won’t regret it.
