Customer service is lacking, very pushy, and stuck up. The vibes are very off and I should have known from the get go from the fake smiles. The furniture is low quality for the price. Buyer beware.

Adding an extra star just bc my complaint is re: the “public” park and not a transaction. For years the space was open to the public (in return for zoning concessions) and it used to be a great chase to hang or get work done. It’s listed as a public rooftop park but good luck trying-they shut off the public WiFi and if you even think of sitting down an employee will come to rudely kick you out. A shame they can lie about it to the city.

Walking into this store is really breathtaking, the flow of the designs on every square inch of the store at meticulously maintained. Reading the below reviews of poor customer service was not something that we whittnessed. Starting from the convenient valet parking right outside, to the associates who offered to help us, we were treated rather nicely. It was unfortunate though, that the entire living room collection in the sizes and colors we were interested in were severely back ordered, with 3-4 month wait periods. I suppose that is the norm these days.

Rashad and Are are the best. They provided excellent service, were super responsive and kept me updated on my order status from start to finish. The delivery team is excellent too.

This brand is all hype but some of the lowest quality furniture I have ever owned. At this price point it is actually laughable what you receive. I received these Bezier nightstands and dresser only a year and half ago. Since then, no drink, bottle, food or anything that could cause this type of damage / discoloration on the pieces.
Talking to RH customer service they told me to purchase a "markup pen" which would fix it. I did purchase it and it did not work. When I brought it up to them they then said oh sorry, the damage is too severe for that pen to work. OK? Why was that not communicated to me before it was recommended?
I have learned this lesson and will be selling these items and go with another company. Please if you are considering anything from RH then please look at these photos and reconsider. Again, this is after one and a half years of use and no one at RH seems to care.

Rude people that work here. Didn't even hell me with the furniture and when I bought a heavy piece they couldn't even hold the door. People working there had a serious attitude as well, as if I should be working for them.

I was really excited to fill my home with RH and because of that it’s really disappointing to leave this review. We came in to this location ready to purchase furniture same day. We were offered the interior design service and decided to try it out. After some time they came to the house, measured everything, and seemed excited about the project. Ten days later there had been no communication what so ever. Eventually we got a proposal and purchased some items. When they arrived they didn’t fit into the home at all. Our dining room table was so large it reached into another room. Ultimately our biggest mistake was coming in to make a purchase when we could have measured and ordered ourselves online. We’re content with the bedroom set and sectional we purchased but we’re cancelling the remainder of our order. Overall the experience with RH has been frustrating and we won’t be purchasing from this brand again.

My favorite place to shop for furniture and to get interior design inspiration. I love the muted neutral palette they use. The rooftop has a great view of west hollywood. It gets very crowded on weekends. Street parking is limited no surprise in this area.

My friends and I went into this location to look around. Once we made it to the rooftop, we took a seat for a few minutes to take in the view and atmosphere. One staff member stopped by to check in on us and was very polite. A few minutes later, another staff member noticed us sitting and rudely came up to us and said "no lounging, get out!". I understand if they don't want people spending long periods of time. There is a nice way to communicate this to guests. And it's very confusing to customers to have such different back to back interactions. This has really turned me off from the RH brand. It will take a lot to regain me as a customer.

Obviously racist staff stopped my friend and I from going to the supposed "public park" on top of the roof, saying that it is privately owned and for furniture display only, not for hanging out. The whole point of the Restoration Hardware being built in this location was to provide a "privately owned" public park where a public park used to be. They have disabled Wi-Fi and are stopping people from going to the roof to "hang out" in the park. I'm contacting the city on Monday to report this, and I will never shop here again. I've spent 10k here previously and never again. They have lost my business for good.
