You cannot do anything at this store. Just walked in with my gym bag bc I came from the gym and they asked to leave it at the front with a person I don't know. It has a laptop and a $2000 camera in it. I said no bc I don't trust anyone at this store with my expensive stuff. It's not my fault people are stealing from your store and I shouldn't have to be penalized for it. These corporations are out here doing THE MOST to piss off their loyal patrons bc someone stole $50 worth of stuff. Boohoo. How are we all liking this end stage capitalism? It's great right. Record profits but the consumers are inconvenienced. Another time I was doing self checkout and the lady watched me do it and I threw the receipt away and she asked to see my receipt. Told me to keep it next time. I told her you watched me pay for it and don't ever tell me what to do.

Closed over an hour early the other day, go somewhere more reliable. This place is not reliable and the other reviews say the same.

I've had nothing but problems getting prescriptions filled there. I don't want to write a long post but they're bad

If I could give half a star... After coming here to this Ralph's for the past 19 years, I've had few problems. Until now. The wait for the deli is ridiculous! This is the 3rd time in the row that I've waited over 15-20 mins for service. Not because of someone else being helped. It was just no one there at all for a while. Today I waited 20 mins. After which I went and spoke to a manager who then called for help on the loud speaker. Still no one came. I asked if the employee structure changed or if they were short staffed. The manager said no. No sure when or why the service turned to unacceptable and careless(the manager) and horrible, but it did. Be warned. The service is horrible and they don't care. I'll be at Trader Joe's, Sprouts, and Whole Foods. Sunday, August 13th, 20231:40pm Ralph's 1233 N LaBrea Ave

My boss sends me here quite often. I figure the 99Cents store is a ripoff anyway. The workers at this store are actually very nice. There is a lady named "Karen" that always cracks jokesand she's super friendly. The parking can be difficult at times.

If only Ralphs's actually cared what their customers thought about them, but they clearly don't give a flying f..k!!They clearly DON'T want your business, so DON'T give it to them!!!They first started to close at 2 am (instead of being open 24 hours). Then they started closing down their shampoo and toothpaste isle at 8 pm (WTF!!??) and then they started closing at 1 am, but they wouldn't let you in at 12.45 am. Seriously F..ED UP!!! So, F..K THEM! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! They DO NOT deserve it.They only have 1 cashier past 11pm and sometimes you have to wait in line after midnight (when they close the self checkout stands) for up to30 minutes to get 2 items checked out. OUTRAGOUES!!! I spend $1,000 a month at this fucking place, btu they clearly don't appreciate my business, so I'll take it elsewhere!!!

Ralph's is the worst. The self check-out is horrible. The pricing is deceptive. It's like they've never had someone from corporate management walk through the store as a "customer". Whoever is responsible for this store at corporate-management level should be fired.

Really l showed up there at 12:15 and said they close at 1:00 am. Couldn't buy anything the boxes already staked in front of everything and the guy already rushing costumer to get out saying door close at 12:45, and when it came time to pay around 20 to 25 people in line waiting to pay. I drop my basket and left. Those people are so bad, they should shutdown that store.

Mirana is always helpful when I do online orders. When there is an issue she is sure to follow up with a call and provide a happy solution. Thank you for your service Mirana it was very much appreciated.I love that when I do online pickups they don't make me keep the bags and let me use my own bags to save on plastic. Thank you Ralph's team please keep up the good work

I went in this morning for dog food I told Diego it was marked wrong he didn't even want to go look in the aisle to see if the price was right and the manager on duty at 6am on Thursday November 11th didn't want to help me either I ended up paying the price that wrongs because I didn have time to wait and argue my experience was least than favorable Diego was extremely rude the whole time at the register he needs to go through register training and his manager needs to go through customer service training

Never go here. I live down the street and I always go out of my way to go to ANY other grocery store in the area. A couple of times a year I forget that it's the worst place in the world and I go in to try and pick up a few things from the seventh circle of Hell. From the moment you arrive and park (probably) on the roof (as the first level parking is a cluster cluck of the worst kind, you'll notice the elevators are broken as well as the moving sidewalk that's mean to take you to the ground level. This 45 degree angled rubber walkway of death has you cantilevered, knees bent in an athletic stance holding onto a disgusting rubber handrail just trying not to fall to an untimely death in front of a crowd of vagrants watching from below. Upon walking into the dark, dystopian interior you will immediately feel a sense of unease as the over crowded displays and shelves that tower to the ceiling look over and around you. It won't be long before you realize that while the shelves are absolutely packed, they don't seem to have anything you came for. You'll walk around for 20 mins before you realize you'll need to go someplace else and now your quick trip to the store will take half the afternoon. But to exit you just now hike up the 45 degree angled walkway ... thankfully not pushing a cart full of groceries ... as you left your cart back in the store because it contained only 3 of the 10 items you came for. Good luck and god speed.

I absolutely love this Ralph's. The customer service is always good. I live a cross the st. It's so convent for me. I personally think the prices are pretty good and i always get coupons so it's a plus. And I use the free Ralph's card that gives you major coconuts. My family are from the middle of Cali and they think the prices are outrageously high. I guess I'm accustomed to the LA prices. Lol. I only give it 4 stars because the security are constantly having to watch some of the homeless. I've witnessed some tossing to the ground. And they have one short Mexican guy worker/cashier that kinda looks like he has a curly mullet that always seems like he doesn't like helping me.

I live in the West Hollywood Hills so the closest store to me is Pavilions. I wanted to give Ralphs a chance because of their lower prices and my positive experience with them in San Diego. I tried the Fresh Fare (supposedly an upscale Ralphs) and was thoroughly disgusted in all ways including the very rude employees. Also, don't forget about that 3 YEAR OLD pizza that a customer bought there in early 2020 that the NEWS covered. I next tried the Rock n Roll Ralphs on Sunset. ANOTHER nightmare store that looks and acts like they have been through a WAR. So I drive farther away from home and tried THIS store. Again, very worn out store, beat up, broken stuff and NOT clean. I had THE most disturbing experience with the Front End Manager that was shocking! Called corporate and complained about it PLUS about the other stores as well. By my exchange with corporate I get a STRONG sense that Kroger really does NOT care about the stores in the area. So, I will NOT be traveling farther away from home to find a decent Ralphs to shop at. I'm back at Pavlions where the store is clean, maintained and delivers what the neighborhood expects!

Literally this dude named Edgar did not want to help me find a simple piece of candy. He literally disrespected me and told me to find it myself. I find itCRAZY your only job is to help at the customer and you literally got annoyed and tried to violate me because i asked where was the Twix bars. That is highly unacceptable. At your big old age. You should be able to tell me where the Twix is if it's your job. Ridiculaous how he called me names etc all because i aksed for where the candy was.RIDICULOUS EDGAR. YOU REALLY SHOUKD BE FIRED.
