This Ralph's store it's a gem in the middle of the desert, the has some many specials, a lot's of prepared foods, sandwiches, fruits, it's a dream store.

The customer service at this store is absolutely horrible. They have no respect here. The lady who is so called manager. who runs the cash register in the morning is so nasty and rude. Some older Mexican woman. She is never nice. Never smiles always angry short worded and very rude. Disgusting way to handle customers. And she moves so slow it makes ZERO sense. please hire younger more vibrant people PLEASE. this place has turned out to be a horrible Ralph's.

I waited around the Hot Deli Department i know slot of customer service I know you should never let customers just wait to be helped instead of slicing meat or stocking up ! They just looked at me so I walked out !!

A stop for water and a breakfast bagel or something similar. Large Ralph's in the heart of Hollywood. It had all of our needs.Large parking lot and Wi-Fi.

The employees there are always so awesome. We got to the seafood/meat bar just after it's closing time so we sought the help of the closest employee we could find. They were lovely and made sure we were still able to get what we needed from the meat and seafood dept. Rock n' Roll Ralphs is also where all the action is and always has been. It's a beautiful thing. The people who write bad reviews for this place should talk to the manager within

Rock n roll Ralph's still rocking!I used to come here during the pandemic when the lines were long and the food lacking.I came super early on a Saturday morning, very few people in the store, most of the shelves were stocked, I found everything I needed quickly. They even have the evasive mission zero carb tortillas!Only two lanes open so I went to the self checkout. Super fast.

This place is known as Rock n Roll Ralph's. It used to get the influx of clubgoers after clubs closed. Not the best location because it's crowded to the point that it's uncomfortable to shop and the lines are long. If you need assistance, good luck finding someone to help you.There are lots of parking spots and you can also find parking on level 2.

I have thus far encountered no problems when shopping in person at this particular Ralph's market. Where I have met with trouble, is with their Instacart services, which is truly lousy. I did business with them for two years before finally giving up altogether. The people who deliver my order almost never delivered everything I had ordered, often making some of the most outrageous substitutions which they could have prevented by simply calling me up. Just to give two examples, they substituted my order for ordinary, popular frozen vegetables such as spinach and broccoli for truly awful tasting things like okra and green beans. Probably the worst substitution of all was when they substituted coconut oil for coconut oil pills! Whoever even heard of coconut oil pills, and why in G-d's Name would I ever ingest such a thing? Can I fry my food using them? and then the delivery people show up late or not at all, or show up but dont bother to tell me that they have arrived, or when they do show up and identify themselves are among the most unfriendly people on Earth, or who seem strangely phobic about bringing my groceries inside my apartment rather than leaving them outside where anybody could steal them, or claim to not know what apartment number I live in despite the fact that they can easily find that out by looking at my apartment building's marquee downstairs, or by calling me up. Calling me up would solve all of the problems I am listing here, and yet they almost never did, but why? Is calling me up so difficult to do? I wish they had a system where we could pick who does our deliveries, so that I could pick among those few who did a good job delivering my groceries in the past

They don't sell charging cables for phones. This was inconvenient. Upon inquiring I was answered with hostility. I felt unwelcome here.

The SECOND worst Ralphs in the area. The absolute worst is the Fresh Fare on Doheny and Beverly. Rock n Roll Ralphs is a BEAT UP store with crazy customers and nasty employees. Produce is often rotting with flies and mold (no rotation). Very poor customer service at all service counters. Few baggers up front with unfriendly checkers too busy talking to anyone BUT the customer. Filthy parking lots that have not been cleaned for a long time. Shopping carts and baskets are also dirty and the ELEVATORS? Disgusting!! I'm back to Pavilions (though more expensive) which is closest to me anyway! I get the feeling that Kroger Corp does not care about their Ralphs stores in the area! All the stores around here are really worn and torn up. There is NO love in any of these stores. They all look ROUGH!

I am floored by the GREAT experience I had today. I live a couple of blocks down and this is my weekly store. Brian is always very helpful and kind. Today, I had a huge backpack with groceries as I bike to the store. On an impulsive buy, I got a BBQ and while I was dragging it through the parking lot on my way home a kind lady stopped as she was driving a truck. She asked me if she could help me drop off the bbq at my home! It was none other than Kat ( with dreads) who works there. This amazing gesture of going above and beyond will keep me as a loyal shopper. Thank you Kat!!

Happy to say, some of the latest issues with the store are being worked on. A store manager Jose Ruiz has contacted me, in response to the problems reported. And we had a quick in-person meeting. Mr. Ruiz has demonstrated 5-star superb customer service, care, respect, and professionalism. Thank you, Mr. Ruiz, for your candor and care!
