I was hit by another driver who's insurance accepted responsibility. Premium Collision Center was one of their affiliated bodyshops so I was a little skeptical of how the experience would go based on the initial experience with the insurance company themselves. I was immediately greeted by Jack and they got parts ordered and a drop off time scheduled same day. Their communication was incredible, calling me with updates. They even got me a lift to get me set up with a rental vehicle. Every single time I went in there, I was offered coffee and/or water. Mind you, I must have dropped by 2-3 times because I forgot things in the vehicle I needed to pick up. Never once did they seem put out, they'd retrieve what I forgot with a smile. Picked up my car looked brand new. I hope I never need to have body work done again but if I do, I know exactly where i'm going. I'd refer my friends and family here in a heart beat. Big thanks to the team on Lexington, Yall are the best!!!

Last month, I was involved in a car accident with an idiot with no insurance and i already knew this was going to be such a stressful process because I had to go through my own insurance and pay my own rentals etc.
Fortunately for me, my attorney was on it, ready to go with a repair shop and recommended this place to me. I was a bit stressed out because I was just given the name of the shop and was told my vehicle would be picked up soon. As a female, it’s always hard to trust shops because people always try to take advantage and do the most to get money out of you. THANKFULLY, my situation was the complete opposite. From the start, Arthur was so freaking amazing! He explained everything to me in detail, he told me exactly what my vehicle needed to have repaired, explained the estimate throughly and made sure I understood everything. This gave me so so much comfort. I had so much stress dealing with the rental companies and ended up leaving on vacation and had planned to stay out of the country for a while and informed Arthur I would be away however, my plans changed and I came back a week early. As soon as I arrived at LAX, I called Arthur just to let him know I arrived early (not expecting my car to be ready sooner than anticipated) just in case my car was ready. I swear, the RELIEF I felt when Arthur let me know my vehicle would be ready within 2-3 days. I couldn’t even… ugh. I was so glad to not have to deal with the stupid rental companies any longer. I had such a great experience, I didn’t even expect it. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was greeted by Jack who was also a freaking Angel. He helped me out figuring out my insurance deductible stuff and explained everything to me. Then, Arthur came out with me to show me the repairs that had been done. I’m so so glad there are people in business like this, I swear I could freaking cry because they made me feel like an actual person and not just another pay check. I love you all SM!! My jeep literally looks brand new. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Premium. Jack, Nick, Arthur and the whole team were amazing when I brought my car in for repairs. The work itself was flawless and their customer service was above and beyond. Dealing with car repairs can be so stressful, but they know how to take care of their customers. Highly recommend.

They left my car like brand new! They really do a good job however they charge my insurance so high is pricey but the work you get is pristine. I do recommend.

Premium is great! They offer fair service, are friendly, and communicate well regarding updates on your vehicle. After fixing my car, they called me to tell me a new part had arrived and that they would install it for free! Highly recommend them if you are in an accident or need anything fixed!

I have dealt with body shops in the past and none have made it as easy as Jack did. The Customer service is superb and the turn around time was fast. I dropped my car off on Monday afternoon and it was ready for pick up 2 days later. My car looks brand new :-)

The best place in all of LA!! Very reasonable prices and even helped fix the appearance of our bumper for free. Actually care about the customers and aren’t just trying to rush you out. Shout out Nick and Andrew!!

The most outstanding autobody shop in the area. I needed my gas tank cover repainted after accidentally breaking it off a few months ago and other places in the area were quoting me for $300. I took my car in and they did it FOR FREE the same day. It was so sweet of them to provide this complimentary service. Everyone was so nice and willing to help me out. I will definitely be going back for any autobody needs.

I’ve had a wonderful and great experience for the past few months with Jack and Premium Collision Center. He was always upfront and honest with my repairs, how long it would take, my options for repairs, etc. They even saved me 2k off the original estimate, which was extremely helpful. Very trustworthy business and tweaked some business policies for the completion of my repairs. Car looks brand new again! I highly recommend them!

I would give this place a 10 if I could. Jack is amazing.He has the old school customer service. Everyone in the office was so friendly and accommodating to the customer. I left there happy both when dropping off the car and picking up. They did a great job on my bumper..
